What a nice surprise here at the Faithville center! Great buffet and soups! I love the poppyseed dressing. It is addicting! I’ve eaten here several times now and you’ve got to try the chili they make on Fridays. Really good sandwiches, potatoes and taco bar. A great place for breakfast meetings too!

4STARS! This is the place you call diamond in a rough. I pass by almost everyday and it never crosses my mind to stop in because the sign blends in with the building. When I walked in I found the salad bar to look rather small from a distance BUT when you walk up to the station you will be amazed! They offer three premade salads and then you can make your own combos. They have a pasta bar that you must see(see photos) to believe. There is a nacho and taco bar, baked potato bar, two soups of the day and fresh fruit and desserts. The strawberry fields salad and Cesar salads where my favs. The banana pudding is something I’ve never tasted before and I can’t say that I’d do it again. It was strangely tasteful with a consistency of ice cream, smoothness of butter and taste of sweet butter. The temperature was that of cake. It was hard to eat more than half of a serving but it was something that I found intriguing. I recommend sticking to the old fashion way in these parts of Texas. Overall I loved the place. The owner loves his creation and you’ll probably get to meet him. I hope this place is here for another two plus years because I’ve passed by it the it’s first two years in business. Enjoy!

Burger review: They have a selection of sandwiches and more on the specials board. The burger may not always be listed but they’ve got it. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, I’ll give it 3***, but the service is great, so I’m keeping it overall at 4****. So, let’s break down the burger. The patty: 3/8″ pressed, flattop grilled, 6oz Angus(advertised). Good char and done through but still moist. Tasty, I like it, 4****, The bun: brioche bun, toasted on the grill with what tasted like grill oil, not butter or even burger fat drippings. I hate grill oil, 0*, The cheese: American, 1*. If you’re going to have a fancy pants bun, a choice of cheeses is a must. The bacon: 3 strips, translucently thin, but tasted it, 3***. The veggies: romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, pickle spear, all fresh(it’s a salad place primarily). The onion was too strong and over powering, 3***. The sauces: mayo, mustard & ketchup in packets. The side: kettle chips, 2** Overall, it was good, but I’ll probably stick with the salad bar here in the future.
