BFit BHealthy has changed my life. It’s an amazing place to work out. Bernice, the owner, offers a wide variety of classes from Pilates, Body Pump, P90X, Insanity and much more. She has a range of times and offers babysitting. Her place and equipment are always super clean. The environment is always upbeat and positive. Give it a try and I promise you won’t regret it.
