Food Truck was in our parking lot today for lunch.
I had the Piggy Sandwich, pulled pork, sausage and slaw. A little messy but very good pork and sausage. Slaw was just the right amount so the meat was not overwhelmed.

I am hooked!!! This was the one food truck I was so looking forward to trying at the Winter Unilocal event. I was not disappointed at all. My go to for all bbq is burnt ends and theirs was top notch with or without sauce. So tender and so yummy. This truck is now on my list for hunting down.
