Integrity… will not pressure you into anything you don’t need. The 00+ year old woman that we bought the house from did not have regular pest control for 2 years prior to selling the house, so you can imagine. Cooks got it under control in 3 months… for the last year and a half I have not seen ANY varmints including an ant within my home. They are thorough, and get everywhere the little buggers would just love to hide (I have pocket doors). My neighbor has Terminex and still complains that she has the Palmettos coming out of her drains etc. Not us, we wake up at all different times of the night and have not seen one. Outside spray is worth it because it is so cheap. The spray doesn’t last the 2 months in the summertime but its fine for the winter. In the summer, the ant hills come back and the wasp nests are started before the next spray. But i would hate to see it if we didn’t spray outside at all. The best part about it is that Cooks doesn’t break the bank account. Thanks guys
