slow. slow slow slow. i won’t be back. Service writer Joe advised wait would be 1.5 to 1.75 hours to have tires installed. 2.25 hours later and we’re still waiting. Unruly kids with inattentive parents dominate the waiting area. Worst tire buying experience of my life!

I showed up desperate right before closing because my tire light had come on for the third time this week. They were so nice and helpful. Turns out I’m almost due for new tires but instead of giving me a hard sale they patched my tire, I had a nail in it, and sent me on my way. They fixed it for free! I will be back to buy my new tires here after the first of the year!!! This is what customer service should be like in a business that creates lifelong customer loyalty! Kudos Discount Tire Store!!! I WILL be back!!!

Incredibly hard working and so extremely polite. I truly have never gone to any establishment that has had such courteous staff in my entire life. I may be only getting a tire patched while working down here, but I would gladly drive the 85 miles down here from my home to purchase tires, and I will. PS, I was a walk in and they treated me amazing and got me taken care of in less than an hour while they had quite a few people in their office.

These guys are just flat good at their job. I made an appointment for new wheels via the Internet. Do to our wonderful winter roads I had bent two wheels. It was cheaper to get 4 aftermarket wheels than get 2 factory wheels. When I got there the shop was very busy. They had plenty of people at the front counter to keep the customer wait time to a minimum. I told them I had an appointment. They got me in right away and I was out the door in 40 mins. The wheels I wanted were in stock so they discounted them 25%. I would highly recommend them for tire and wheel service

Never had a bad experience at this place. Tire prices are pretty fair and Ive never been upsold on higher priced tires either. They do suggest the added warranty on the tires but theyre not pushy about it, and in the end its helped me a few times too.
These guys will even patch a tire for free for you, even if youre not a customer. Really cant beat their service. I continue to go back here anytime I need tires now.

I was greeted in the parking lot and helped immediately. There was some upsell pressure to get more tires, but not too bad. Prices were good and as advertised online. Ryan was friendly and helpful. I waited for the service, which they said would be less than 45 minutes but actually took 55 minutes (not too bad).
