Dunkin’ Donuts

Yesterday my daughter and I stopped by Dunkin Donuts to get Sweet tea lemonade with a splash of Raspberry and 6 donuts for $ 3.99 (per the D&D perks I get on my phone).
I was told they CAN’T HONOR the price because the coupon isn’t scannable or because I have a 386 area code!!! ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME!!!
I normally go to this Dunkin Donuts at least 4 times a week. Yesterday ALL of the normal ladies that work there were off leaving a bunch of dumass running the store.
I went in at 4:24pm and got charged full price for the ice tea instead of 99 cents and it was the worst ice tea I ever had.
I can’t wait till Monday to speak with the usual staff!

Good location with covered areas outside. Older, but had a cozy feel. Coffee, doughnuts, and ice cream are standard fare for the chain. Good place to people watch local residents.

As far as Dunkin’ Donuts go, this is my least favorite. I’ve been here twice over the past 9 years or so, and as soon as I bit into my stale-​ass Boston Cream doughnut, I remembered why there was such a large gap in visits.
For a location that is always busy, especially late during the weekends, there is no excuse for stale doughnuts.

You may ask why 5 stars for a chain? The reason being is because this place has every single donut you can think of. This Dunkin donuts should be an example of what the others should follow. Other Dunkin donuts are grade A garbage; they never have anything or they only carry stupid Boston crème donuts and nothing else. Bleh!
This one has a very good efficient and quick staff. Interior is sparkling clean and seating is abundant. Even the bathroom is very clean (sorry to gross you out). One of the girls made my macchiato exactly the way I wanted it. She didn’t kill it with diabetes sugar like other places do.
The donuts are insanely fresh also. No broken glasses here! That’s because there other donuts at various locations are like rocks. Get it? Hehe. I hope you did ;)

They move the line quickly and Erica is awesome!

Slowest service ever! I can’t even imagine how slow they would be if they had a drive thru! I usually go there for coffee late at night, and there I am waiting… waiting… waiting… Three or four employees, but no real system for taking care of customers. In addition, to this, I once had a worker sell me a really stale doughnut. Come on now! Really! Oh, and when they do finally get to me, they usually find a way to screw up my coffee by putting the wrong amount of sugar. Most of the time, I just drive to the Dunkin’ in Hudson even though it’s like 10 miles further. Get your act together team!

This is a good location. The service is always friendly. The lines are long in the morning but they move quickly. Coffee is always good and can be accompanied with many creative eats. I love the breakfast wrap w no cheese (a great source of protein without the bad calories).
