Visited this location to get haircuts for my boys. Checked in online and was greeted promptly upon arrival. The wait time was expected to be around thirty minutes, but we waited no longer than fifteen.
The staff was courteous and professional and the haircuts came out stellar. I’ve been to many barbers and many Great Clips, but the staff here really made my boys feel comfortable.

Poor walk in service. Apparently they value online customers over walk in. I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes. 4 others people walked in after me and did not have to wait. As I was leaving the stylists started to argue with me. I guess it’s better to wait for people who may show up rather the customer sitting there with cash in hand.
