Hardees

I’ve gone there twice through the drive through. The first time my curly fries were fresh but when I got to my office my burger was missing the requested cheese. The staff was really nice though.
The second time I went, I ordered another burger combo and specially requested they put cheese on my burger. The young lady taking my order rudely said the burger comes with cheese. I stated ok and proceeded to the window to get my burger meal and kids meal both with curly fries.
I drove home and along the way tasted my fries. They were overcooked and rubbery. I finally opened my burger and no cheese! It was cold and late so I tossed it in the trash. The lettuce was wilted, the onions looked old and there weren’t any condiments on the burger.
I may try them again for breakfast. Hopefully they don’t mess up a chicken biscuit.

Have been here twice. Both times the staff was incredibly friendly. Literally treated us like family. The wait was a little long considering they weren’t busy, but the food quality was better than I have had for years at any Hardee’s. Personally, I don’t mind waiting the few extra minutes to have my food prepared hot n’ fresh. Was sooooo good!!!

Best Hardees facility near hear! The burgers are outstanding! Definitely will return!

My son loves this heart attack inducing restaurant. We have been there three times and every single time they have gotten something wrong. We just went through the drive-​through for a five piece chicken tender with buffalo sauce. We were in a hurry, which is the only reason why we ever use fast food. Luckily, before we drove away, I realized they had given us barbecue sauce. This wasn’t the height of a busy rush, it was 2 PM and we were the only customer. After we pulled away, I stole a french fry and realized they had given him stone cold fries. The chicken was grease laden and lukewarm and had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Three strikes and you’re out

We had a great experience. Drive-​thru was efficient, special order was done correctly, food quality was very good. The male drive-​thru employee was excellent, professional and attentive. Our first time at this location, pleased with service.

Damn I want to like Hardee’s. I’ve even waited until my fourth visit to this location to review, hoping things would get better. Sadly, they haven’t. All four visits have been to the drive thru. Twice for a meal and twice for milkshakes.
The Good: I’ve had a different drivethru employee every time and they’ve all been pleasant. The burger is great and the chicken sandwich is a rockstar.
The Bad: the SHORTEST wait time from placing the order to receiving my items was 8 minutes. The fries are unremarkable and the tenders are way too salty.
The Ugly: my other visits were 12 minutes, 17 minutes and my last visit, when all I ordered was three milkshakes: 24 MINUTES. Typically, the shakes are great, «hand-​scooped» treats. The strawberry shake was more like strawberry milk, the chocolate shake was without flavor and the chocolate malt… that added 6 minutes to the trip, was WAY malty for my taste (the biggest problem with the shakes is there’s no consistency. Hardee’s typically has solid shakes). During two of the four visits, cars pulled out of the drivethru because it was taking too long.
Again, the staff seemed nice in light of people seemingly being annoyed. I wonder… do they have anyone experienced working there? I don’t think I’ve seen anyone over 21 working. Something needs to change or this restaurant won’t be supported.

Nasty Sweet Tea. No TV. I’m the only one here and have waited 5mins for a small cheeseburger…
The menu looks good but everyone working looks half asleep.
