This JCPenny’s is very organized and clean. Employees are nice and helpful. I came in to find some good deals. Unfortunately I didn’t find anything I liked. My husband did find a nice shirt for a great price though. We will be back soon.

This JCP is legit. Whoever the manager is, they should be promoted to corporate level. Every time I come to Spring Hill, I visit this store. Why? Because it’s extremely clean and well organized, it’s huge, and it has a Sephora in the middle. It also has a coffee sanctuary/​temple/​altar in the back, in the home section, filled with Keurig products, Bodum products, and other coffee needs. I love this store, and hope it never changes.

Whether you call it Penny’s JCPENNY’s or JCP as their newer branding is suggesting, This is a store most of us remember from childhood. I loved their marketing program with Ellen Degeneres, but I am a huge Ellen fan anyway. Hadn’t been there for years, and I had some time to kill, and wanted to look for an outfit to wear to a business meeting, so I thought I would go back to my roots. I’m usually a Ross shopper and discounts galore. Poppin Tags and clearance racks are my specialty. When I walked in to my local Penny’s here, I was so impressed! Not only did I feel like I was in a high end store, the clothes were awesome and the prices were great. I went through the clearance racks and didn’t have any luck there, but of course the dress on the anorexic manican made me think I needed what she had on. I took it to the dressing room, fit like a glove. Just in a much larger size than the manicans. I asked her what her diet tips were but she wouldn’t say. So closed mouth, but that’s ok. She didn’t know me. Maybe I got too personal on the first date. Women are funny about asking about their weight, I know! The Store was beautiful, organized, and the staff was very helpful. The check out lady even told me about current sales I might have missed and I wanted to run my fastest sprint back to the racks, but spared the line behind me and her time in waiting for my order, and settled on the dress. I love it! It doesn’t need dry cleaning and I feel like a rock star when I wear it. If you were like me and haven’t tried JC Pennys, JCPENNY, JCP in years, I highly suggest you go in! They have high end cosmetic department, salon services and a helpful friendly staff. I love it when a company invests in training and support and revamping their design with the consumer in mind. I Felt LOVED ! :)
