Jimmy’s Custom Cleaners

Will never do business with this cleaners again! I was a customer there for about 10 years. I would typically bring in 100 –150 shirts per year (usually 40 – 50 shirts at a time) plus assorted other cleaning. The last time I picked up my shirts there were supposed to be 50. When I got them home it turned out I was missing 3 white shirts. I had to go back 4 or 5 times to get an answer as to where they were, and in the end they basically called me a liar and wouldn’t do anything about it. I was out those three shirts (about $ 75/​shirt) and that was that, they took no responsibility. You would think that after 10 years as a loyal customer they would have treated me better, but clearly they don’t care about their customers, and it will be a cold day in hell before I go back there.

I would not recommend this business to anyone, nor will I be back. Completely disorganized. It took 3 weeks to get a pair of pants back, they kept losing them. After being told for the 3^rd time that they were ready (when they actually were not), I got them back today. I had to dig through all of their clothes to find my own pants, and was still charged for the hem. Good luck running your business this way.
