Seems there are two main options in Spring Hill: Publix or this Kroger. I ran into this Kroger one night to grab some fruit and for the 10 minutes I was in there I was thoroughly impressed. Their selections are huge — and I mean huge — they have a furniture section INTHESTORE people. Who knew you could grab some butter and a sofa in the same trip! I have been to Publix as well and have to say that the Kroger blows it away with just the shear size and selections available. This will definitely be my store of choice in the area. Even with that ginormous Walmart squeezing in(yuk)…

The first few times I went here I was excited due to the size of the store and all the little extra things they sell like furniture, sheets, décor, home items. I am over it and probably going to stick to my old Kroger… I am very put off by the attitude of a front end supervisor that is usually on task of watching over the self-check out… Twice now I have been there and used this system and she is watching like an eagle when you put your bulk produce on there to make sure you aren’t going to plug in the wrong thing… It is a bit obnoxious i believe on her behalf… Her attitude sucks and she isn’t friendly about it at all… I used to shop at the Kroger in Franklin where I lived and found it to be friendlier and have a ton more manager specials available… and no attitude when I go to customer service or self-check…and why am I at self check??? Because not enough lines are open for all the people that shop there…

I had said from the start that I wouldn’t go shop at such a BIG store. Well I had to eat those words cause from the moment I stepped into the market place I just loved it! Everyone is so nice and the ladies that run the u-scan are always good for wonderful conversation. I’ve shopped there so long I feel like part of the family. The main manager there Tim Dawson is amazing. If they don’t sale something in their store he will do everything in his power to get it there to make his shoppers happy. If this isn’t your primary shopping place it sure needs to be. Its a 5 star!

I love the new Kroger Marketplace! I go out of my way to shop here… they’re friendly, their foods are always a plenty & fresh, their cheese selection is exceptional and their meat/seafood department is helpful! We love the convenience of an in-store Starbucks, Fred Meyer Jewelry, furniture & home goods section and the large organic selection! It’s so big that it never feels crowded and their employees are friendly! Though I live VERY close to the Kroger on Port Royal… I make the 5 mile drive to this store because it’s always exceeded my expectations!
