McDonald’s

My husband has gone there at different hours of the day and each time they don’t have certain things we’ve ordered! I’m very frustrated with this location! We rather go to another McDonald’s at another location because we’ve gotten better service there than the one on Spring Hill and even though it’s at a distance I’ll continue to go to the one on US HWY 19!

Everything was okay the food was hot and it was quick service. Good place to go when you’re in a hurry and you know what to expect of the food you’re ordering.

One of the worst stores in spring hill. Every time I go, they either can’t do this, don’t have that, etc. I ask for an iced coffee with decaf coffee instead of regular coffee. «Uh, we don’t do that.» Its a cup with ice and coffee!!! «Oh, well I gotta see how to ring that up so hold on.» This has happened on several occasions simply because they don’t want to do it. Some of the most incompetent people work there during the day. At night time, it’s a whole different story. They’re nicer, they try to give you what you want, they have manners. I literally live 2 minutes away from this McDonald’s, but I’d rather drive 15 minutes to the one on 19 inside of the Walmart. I’ve never ever had a problem there.

One of my favorite McDonalds!!! Open ²⁴⁄₇ clerks are always nice here. Even remember my name!!!
