Papa John’s Pizza

Pizza is always delicious. Especially from papa johns. Except when I order out and I’m told a 20 minute wait and I’m sitting in my car checking if it’s ready for an HOUR. One large pepperoni pizza takes an hour. Really? You he these young people working who are more concerned with hanging out than working. Ridiculous.

Incompetent, pathetic service at its finest. Do not order from this Papa John’s unless you love orders arriving 1+ hours past due/​like stress as a pizza topping. There’s no way this branch will get my business again considering the way it devalues the customer.

Great pizza. Eat here every couple of weeks for the family. Best pizza for the price. Kids love thin crust. I like the app and bake extra to get it crispy. I should ask them how they do it

We love Papa Johns! We just moved to the Spring Hill, area and happy to see that there is a Papa Johns here! Only to be VERY disappointed… because when we drove up we saw three people smoking right outside the entrance! Two were obviously pizza makers, as they had flour all over the front of their aprons. GROSS!!! Needless to say, we will never eat from here!

In a pinch decided to order a pizza for the family rather than cook. Was put on hold 2 times during my order and throughout, I twice asked for extra garlic sauce. They assured me they would add the extra but I would be charged extra.
Over an hour later, the delivery guy shows up with a lukewarm pizza and no, I repeat no garlic sauce.
The driver offered no apology and was quickly on his way back to the store or onto some other person.
This will be the last pizza I order from this location. It is poorly run and no one seems to have the customers needs or satisfaction in mind.
Had this been the first and only time I’ve had this experience, I would have held back my comments. To be candid, this is the regular experience with this store.

I’d have more confidence undergoing surgery performed by a blind man than this location getting my order right (or on time). I use to order from here all the time several years ago but slowly stopped due to the inconsistent orders. I’d order two pizzas and receive one or order toppings and not get them. Finally, it boiled down to having every other order incomplete, lost or not done. I stopped ordering and fast forward five years.
I always thought the reason my orders were missed or screwed up was because of the human interaction on the phone. Apparently they never listened or chose to ignore anything I said. Now, online ordering became available and I tried Papa Johns again. The first order went great, both pizzas were on time, correct and ready for pickup. However the second order (same toppings, same number) went poorly. They forgot one of my pizzas and without any type of apology they said «it will be about 10 minutes».
I wrote hate mail to the customer service section on the website and got a call from the store manager offering an apology and free pizza. My problem with this is will they make it? My advice, go to another location or get pizza elsewhere.

Pizza making must be a complicated business. The past two times we have ordered pizza it has been late. The first time TWO HOURS late. Today I placed an order at 4:45 pm to be delivered at 6:30pm. It’s now nearly 7pm and still not here. Last time.
