First time there and my daughter and I were told to try them out. My hair was blonde and now a beautiful auburn. My daughter wanted a bit of brown and still keeping some blonde. Her first color was the same as when she went in, we rescheduled again and they attempted to give her the color she wanted (mind you showing them 9 different pictures) she called me totally distraught (crying). I met her there and back in we went, tears and all. They apologized for not getting it right and promised it would be what she wanted. And let me say… She loves it! They didn’t charge her either. Bravo! Job well done!!!

Salon Maverick is excellent. Margaret is the only person I trust with my hair. I moved to Tampa several years ago and still drive to Spring Hill for hair appointments. Definitely worth it. Really welcoming atmosphere and great staff.

Bryan has done my hair several times and it always come out great! I have curly hair and it’s hard to find someone to do a good job and he has done great every time. I also got highlights and low lights and they were great too! I couldn’t be happier with my hair! Thanks Bryan!

I’m sorry to have to be negative, but I had a bad experience. After having a bad cut the owner would rather tell me that I’m in shock of a drastic cut rather than the fact I have a huge «hole» in the side of my head and that it was cut wrong. The stylist walked out the back never said a word to me after I pointed out it wasn’t right and left the owner to fix my hair while her client sat with color on her head. Then to be told it was because I was squeezed in… hmmm sooo if you squeeze someone in it’s okay to give lesser quality service? Let’s not forget that the stylist Bryan told me he’s been a stylist for 2 years, but got a license a month ago I found afterward.
Their reply to my review on their facebook page continued to blame me!
Will not return.
