I called Senica A/C over the weekend for a service call. When I spoke to the oncall operator, he informed me a technician would call me and set up a time for same day service at no extra cost. The service tech Josh, called my number and informed me that he could come right out and get me going for the 79.95 service call, and whatever needed to be done at the hourly rate with out overtime charges. I am very pleased with my experience with Senica A/C. I have reccomended Senica to all of my neighbors. I have read the other reviews here, but i had a great experience with this company. I understand some reviewers here tend to exaggerate to an extent.

My initial call for service was around 12:30 pm. The female who took my call was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She told me «sometime after 1» and stressed that this was peak season for them and that they were VERY busy. I was happy for them to be blessed with work. 3 hours later I called back to see if she had any idea how much longer, she again stated the fact that they were very busy. After putting me on hold for a short time she came back on the line and said that ‘It hasn’t even been dispatched yet’(I thought she said discussed yet), she assured me someone would be there, and told me they work past 5 O’clock. I waited until 6:01 then I called again. This time it was the afterhours workers taking calls. I asked them to radio or page the technician for an idea of how much longer. Finally at 6:21 a technician named John called me and asked if I knew who my technician was… I told him no, nobody had ever told me a name. He said ’ Well your technician should have called you, I will find out who it is and call you back’. I suggested he have the technician himself call me(duh). 25 minutes later I had to call John back, he said my technician’s name was Dave and that he was still at other jobs, but that he would still«go out there». That is when I said«Tell Dave to just go elsewhere and cancel the call». At 7:30 pm I went to Lowes and bought a window shaker unit to make us a cold room in our master bedroom at least. I would have done this at 1pm if they had just been honest with me and said that it would be very late before someone could come out. I know this business practice is to keep people strung along so that you do not call anyone else. I was warned by 2 people«whatever you do don’t call Senica». I guess I should have listened. BTW I called Istachatta Heating and Air this morning around 9am and they were done by noon $ 140 parts and labor AWESOME!
