Superclips

Well I took my mother here to get her hair cut because Tim does an excellent job, while sitting there waiting I decide the ask Janet, the owner if she could do my eye brows. RUDELY tells me no she’s on the phone and that she has an appointment coming in. So I sat there and waited for my mom for 40 minutes. No other appointment came in so again I said can I get my eye brows done. Well she decided it was a smart idea to tell me «go to the chinks across the street, they’ll do them «first of all, I have an Asian in my family so I take offense to that. Second, she was literally having a personal phone call because I can hear the whole conversation and I said ma’am you’re throwing business away considering your door says walk ins. She then tell me she’s going to call the police because I annoyed her. STILL SITTING ON HER ASS, she proceeds to tell me she’s owned the salon for ten years. I don’t care if she’s owned it for 20. You don’t treat customers that way. After my mom was finished she purchased a hair product, which the one she sold her was broken. So I went back in to get a business card for her and to swap it out and Janet said verbatim get the fuck out of my salon. I said you sold my mom broken products and she wants a business card she tells me I can’t have her card or return what was broken, so she hands me a business card of the person who actually did my moms hair. Janet is a complete bitch, she’s not friendly and now she will be receiving papers in the mail for a nice discriminatory lawsuit & and pleasant visit from the health department. Fantastic Sams does a better job, and I don’t like that salons either but they don’t treat you like scum. I highly highly recommend never stepping foot in super clips. Unless you feel like being racially offended and treated like complete shit.

I went and tried Super Clips for the first time on April 1^st… Janet gave me the best haircut in a long time.. she was willing to work with me on different style and will definitely go back. … maybe try highlighting which I always wanted to try. .and feel confident that she will do a great job !!
