DO NOT BUY A BEARDED DRAGON FROM THIS STORE!!!
When I first was shopping for a bearded dragon, this place seemed like a dream come true. They had so many different sizes and colors of beardies to choose from! It was actually kind of overwhelming to decide which one to pick because other than the many they had to choose from on display, they had EVEN MORE in the back. They were all pretty pricey, but it was worth it to me at the time to be able to have a pretty colored bearded dragon that was older than the baby ones they sell at chain pet stores. So I purchased «Blackbeard», a handsome juvenile beardie with peach/​yellow coloring.
Fast-​forward a week into him being all settled in at my place… I noticed when he would make bowel movements the feces were SO STINKY! Like, stunk up the entire house! I figured he might have been stressed from the change in environment or whatever so didn’t think anything of it, just constantly disinfected his cage whenever he made a bowel movement (it was seriously disgusting-​like gagging every time I had to clean it up). I just thought it was weird because I thought he settled in so nicely and seemed like a happy guy. After 2 months of this constant rank poop I decided I should take him to a reptile vet to get checked out because I seriously could not take the smell anymore.
Sure thing, the vet asked where I got him from and once I told them I got him from ‘Odd Ball Pet Factory’ they wanted to do a fecal exam and blood work immediately. Turns out he had 2 different types of parasites (pinworms and coccidia). Of course I thought, «what did I do wrong?» The vet told me the only mistake I had made was buying him from this pet store. They said this store is known around the vet clinic for giving their clients bearded dragons with parasites because of bad breeding and bad storing of the beardies since there is so many of them stored together.
It was a major bummer to pay for such an expensive vet visit because of this business’ mistake. Especially after spending a good chunk of change purchasing him. They definitely will not have my business anymore. I will be devastated if the medicines are unable to get my beardie healthy, even though he clearly has never been healthy in his life.

This place is awesome! We have been going to them since 1996 when they were under a different name. They are a great family with great knowledge of pets. We started with a snake and after that passed we have had beardies. Any question I ask is answered better than I ever expected. They are very helpful when choosing an animal for you. I would never go elsewhere. My family and I love it! They always recommend safe products for you animals. When I got my first bearded dragon from a friend and the friend I got it from only fed it meal worms. When I went to buy my first worms from the Odd Ball Pet Factory they suggested crickets and gave me many reasons why those are better for the dragon than the meal worms. Meal worms are now used treats as they should be. Just some of the helpful knowledge you can get from them if you ask!

My wife and 3 year old visited Odd Ball Pet Factory and they said a lady was so nice.
We returned a month later to buy a fish tank for the home. This time the owner or a man was their throwing out condescending and insulting remarks.
«you have to pick out fish so I can help you»…
«if you stay more then 10 minutes I will charge you because we are not a zoo»…
No smiles, just a miserable person…
So we left
So sad I will go to a big box store and pay less then support our local business
