These apt are old so the electric bills are astrononomical almost 300 a month in the winter for 850 sq ft the windows are in very poor condition no weather stripping at all. In the summer heat the smell of raw sewage seeps in the air because of the stream of it that flows right thru the middle of the community. The air condition does not cool properly in the summer if over 85 degrees outside. The mangement illegally did not hold up the terms that they agrred upon and signed to according to the lease they drew up. also several break ins on the property
