This is one of my absolute favorite locations! Everyone is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. I have rented from this location on numerous occasions recently, and I have especially enjoyed working with Shaniece Wilson. Shaniece is so vibrant, patient, and knowledgeable. She is also amazing with helping me to find the right vehicle type and size to suit the various needs that I’ve had for renting from Enterprise.
During my travels both professionally and personally, I have had quite a few experiences with various car rental companies. I prefer Enterprise over them all. And this location holds a special place in my heart!

The staff here are so helpful! I often have to travel last minute and it is so convenient to just make a call and have them pick me up at my house or drop me off afterwards. I travel a lot for business and much of my travel ends up being last minute drives all over the east coast. The spring lake location has done an awesome job of handling my requests. I have even had to argue with my company on the fact that they save them hundreds of dollars over their «preffered» company which only has locations at the mall and airport (and don’t offer pickup and drop off service).

Cicily was enthusiastic, knowledgable, and prepared to receive me as I called in advance requesting the car be ready.
Can’t say that I have had this pleasant of an experience with any rental car service provider before in the past and I travel a lot!
Location was clean and the staff was very professional.
Will be back anytime I am in Ft Bragg and recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
