Geang’s is exceptional. I came in on a Thursday for lunch. Yes, the restaurant is small but you won’t care when you try the lunch buffet. I started with the coconut soup, which was excellent. Next I had egg rolls, and they were the most flavorful egg rolls that I have ever had from a restaurant. I tried spicy wings, pad Thai noodles, rotisserie chicken, and green curry chicken. Geang’s does an excellent job of mixing spicy with a curry flavor. Plus the waitress was very courteous and was trying to bring more food to me like my grandmother would. Lastly, if you’re concerned about price, I paid $ 10 for the buffet. The food was well worth it.

we decided last minute to drive over there and order food, he was actually about to close his business but we could still order. The food is delicious and really worth a try. It’s not to expensive compared to other places cheap but family receipts which makes the food once in the world. The owners are also very friendly. I recommend this place.

It’s a mom and pop restaurant where you know that the family is invested in providing you with the best food and service! I believe it’s a family owned and operated restaurant and it warms my heart to see that they are doing so well! We have to the lunch buffet for the first time and it was delicious! They make sure to greet you when you come in even though they are busy, and to seat you promptly. The food is very tasty and the selection is quite great for such a great price of $ 8! We will be back. The only reason that I am not giving a 5 stars but only a 4 stars(I would give 4.5 if I could) is that I think they can improve a bit on the restaurant environment. It’s NOT dirty but it can be better.

The buffet is absolutely fantastic! A great deal, and authentically delicious food. Everything is delicious, and wonderfully spicy. Its a small place, but the staff make it feel like you’re visiting a family kitchen for a holiday feast.

Spicy delicious Thai cuisine with a very friendly and attentive staff. They happened to be having dinner and shared the food they cooked for themselves. Very good.

Still good food, but not like when Gaeng owned it and was the chef. She sold it and moved around the corner to 414 N Bragg Bld and opened Chopstixs Thai and Asian Cuisine… go check it out… large restaurant and gigantic buffet. All of my military brothers and sisters should give it a try! Excellent food and very clean… never a wait for a table.

Excellent!!! I am usually opposed to buffets, but I came here for lunch one day and for $ 7 I got one of the best Thai meals I have had. The restaurant is small, but the food is mighty and the people that work there are beyond friendly. I felt like I was at a friends house having dinner. The owner came continuously came out and checked on our group and brought us other things to try. The experience as well as the food was outstanding and I will most definitely be returning!

Came in for the lunch time buffet, the buffet its self is small with only about eight dishes to choose from(besides rice and noodles) but from the small selection the food was pretty good especially the egg roles and chicken curry soup.

We walked in at 6:45pm(closing time 7:00pm) and the owner was just as gracious as if we walked in at the start of business hours. He and the Chef cooked us up so Pad Thai, Chicken Thai Fried Rice, Chicken Wontons, and Cream Cheese Rolls. Can you say fresh and tasty?! When I am back in the area I will definetly be back! My son lives in this area, so lucky him!

I eat here every time I’m in town, The food is awesome. It is hot in there in the summer and crowded, they need to remodel and modernize.

Food was amazing!!! House fried rice great and spicy(level 4 hot)!! Drunken noodles great flavorful, tasty, and spicy!!! This is truly a mom and pop place with authentic Thai food! Coming from NY and eating Thai food all the time there, this one here in NC is authentic and I’m sorry NY has nothing on them! My husband and I will be there again on our next visit. Good job!

You will always find Geang’s tiny venue packed during their weekday buffet due to the amazing food and fair price. The chefs only use the freshest ingredients; during slower times you can see employees(who treat you like family) preparing fruit and veggies that are delivered daily from local farmer’s markets. If you are a fan of Thai food, you will struggle to find an item on the menu you won’t love. Every time I order a meal, I can not pass up the fresh roll appetizer. You get two rolls stuffed with shrimp, beef, and thai basil all wrapped in rice paper and served with a peanut sauce. Look beyond the small crowded interior and you will find a new favorite lunch spot.

Amazing food and service. The waitress made me feel like I was at grandmas house, just non-stop taking care of us. I ordered pad Thai hot and is was on the money! Heads up — seating is crowded and I don’t think they run any ac…

Still my favorite Thai food in the Ft Bragg area. They offer week day lunch buffet for only $ 7.95. You can load a to go container of food to take the buffet to go, and I think for the amount and quality of food and price this is an outstanding deal. It is definitely still crowded during lunch time and nothing inside has changed. I’ll continue to deal with the crowd for this yummy food!

I’ve been to Thailand and this is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s a very small place, but it makes for a very Thai vibe. There are pictures of the royal king of Thailand and other authentic, cultural décor. The server recommended N-4, which is the Pud Khee Mao(spicy basil noodle.) It’s very good and I highly recommend it. Medium spicy was good enough for me to get down with some delicious Thai iced tea.(But I’m kind of a wuss). The portion sizes are pretty big and a very decent price. I also had 2 spring rolls you can get for free by checking in on Unilocal. They are pretty small, but free. Can’t complain. This place has a 93.5(A) sanitation rating. This is nice because unlike Thailand, you don’t have to sacrifice sanitation for good, authentic food. It is very small, but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The lady said, «Our restaurant is small, but our hearts are big.» So great. The people that came in were nice, too. It’s almost like everyone sits so close, you can all chit chat. I like it. This will definitely be my go to Thai spot. Enjoy!

Since I love Thai food and have been to Thailand several times, I always look for authentic Thai restaurants wherever I go. Unfortunately this place is just okay to me. I went there for lunch buffet at 12:30, there were quite a few people in the small restaurant and not much food left on the buffet bar at the time, so I only got little bit of everything and waited for them to refill the items. I sat in the back of the room facing towards the bar, I could easily see once the worker brings out the fresh dishes, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. The lady worked in the kitchen went there several times to check the bar, but never brought out anything. The only time they were doing something at the bar was filling up a to-go order, that’s terrible! None of the other ladies worked in the front seemed care about it, one of them might be the boss, she was non-stop talking to the table next to us. The food was not good either. There were 10 hot items on the buffet bar, only 3 or 4 out of them were Real Thai dishes, the rest of them were just like Americanized-Chinese dishes as you can get at any local Chinese restaurants. The curry tasted the best to me among others, the fried chicken wing was tender, but the rest of them… Way too salty! Even their homemade chili pepper sauce was very salty, they put too much fish sauce in it. The food they have haven’t reached restaurant level yet, might fit the demographics in that area but definitely not a good choice for real foodies.
