I was really disappointed this with company. The sales people are very pushy, but they offered us an excellent deal which we took and the guy who installed was very nice. However we decided to cancel because we checked the contract and the military clause is on the work order and not on the contract itself, and the contract itself does state that anything not in the contract is null and void. In North Carolina you have three days to look over the contract and cancel if you choose. When I called to cancel I was bullied by the salesperson until I threatened to put in a complaint with the BBB and then he said «fine it’s cancelled» and hung up on me. The same guy who installed the equipment came out to remove it and was rude and basically just ripped it out of the wall and left a mess of cut wires. Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We have been with PHT for over three years now and have never had any issues. Chris provided excellent service of installing and educating us on our new system.
