Taco Bell

I have never been a big fan of Taco Bell, but decided to have it for dinner considering the fact that my children love it. I placed an order for two 12ct taco boxes WITH sour cream. I ended up paying 35 $ only to get home and find out that there was NO sour cream on my tacos. I was livid considering the fact that I not only paid for the sour cream, but also because I asked the female that brought the boxes to my car if she was sure that they all had sour cream and she assured me that they did. In addition to that it would have been a thirty minute trip back in to town to get sour cream and then an additional thirty to get back home an hour after our usual dinner time. After calling the manager was rude as asked what I wanted her to do because they made a mistake and only rang up sour cream for one box! Yes mistakes happen; however, I checked for accuracy with the person taking my order, the cashier, and the person who delivered it! Moral of the story, check your order for accuracy before driving off. Yes, even if you order 24 tacos!

I have been to MANY Taco Bell locations across the country. This is literally the worst I have ever experienced. The food was a mess & not what I ordered. The service is even worse. I told her my order about 3 times and she still got it wrong. Then was extremely rude when I got to the window. Will never go back. Rather drive 30 mins to a different location.

It’s hard to give a nostalgic taste a bad review. However, it is not 5 star. Had the doritos locos tacos. Good. And it has been a while since I’ve eaten this establishment. Till we meet again…

Look, it’s Taco Bell, I get it. Thing is, I should not be waiting over 20 minutes for a taco and a quesadilla. Then the shell is broken. I don’t expect much from this place, but I suppose I at least expect fast in fast food. That didn’t happen. On the other hand, they had cheery dispositions, so they get an extra star for that.
