They are NO LONGER OPEN! They’ve been closed about 5 months now. Too bad. Good food and the owner was an awesome guy.

I am sad to see this place close down. They had the best tortas in spring valley. The owner treat you like you where part of his family visiting his house.

This new little place makes some pretty good traditional tortas, specifically the «Torta Especial» which comes with jamon or ham with lomo or braised beef and a tomato and chile reduction sauce. I asked mine to be made with very light mayo… very light.
The torta came on a traditional warm bolillo roll which was of good size (
). The beef lomo inside was very good. It was very tender and had a great flavorful sauce with it (
). In addition to the ham, I just wish they put more of it inside. The ham was good, but with only one layer, it flavor got mostly masked by the lomo. I forgot to ask what kind of cheese came with the torta, but it was good either way (
). All the rest of the ingredients were fresh, including the lettuce, onions, and tomatoes.
They also sell raspados here or flavored shaved iced and some fresh flavored waters (
). A family runs this place and they are very friendly people.

This place is amazing. The steak tortas are delicious! The smoothies are so good, better than jamba juice. They are so nice there too, overall this place gets 5 stars. The only bad thing about them is that they are closed Mondays.

This place rocks! Glad they moved to a better looking location. Big improvement and their food is still as good
