I have called over 5 times left 3 messages and sent an email & in 3 weeks had 1 call back.
The woman was not very customer friendly.
I think is unprofessional and bad business for a rental department to not be able to take 5 minutes to return a call?
Even if it’s to say you have nothing available at this time.
I have a relative that has lived there 2 years and I was very interested in moving there as well.
But after her unit has been broken into and her car just got vandalized in the gated parking, I don’t feel the neglect from the rental department and unsafe environment is a good place for myself.

Spring Valley, CA
Looks like this would be a great place to rent and live at, they have been doing lots of work on this place. Looking good.
