I have been coming here for over two years. In the beginning I was very satisfied with the service. The woman that does the eyebrows there used to take her time. Now she doesn’t. She rushes through everything and the last few times she either left them to thin or uneven. She is also very pushy with making you pay for more services. Today I went for a mani/pedi. She rushed through me and finished my pedi in less then 10 minutes. The lady attending my husband took her time. It was a very drastic difference. I am never going back there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service does not seem to be a priority.

I wish I could give no stars. Never again. I went there for a gel manicure. I guess the last salon who did my gel manicure put it on pretty thick so it was hard to take off. The one guy (didn’t get his name) automatically accused me of having acrylic nails which I did NOT have. I know the difference between the two. He proceeded to accuse me and even took my nail and tried to peel it as if I had a fake acrylic nail. I immediately yanked my hand back. He continued to say about I had acrylic nails about 5 more times even after the other ladies proved to him he was wrong.
I don’t think he wanted to be proved wrong so he kept accusing me. Never going back. I do NOT recommend this place.

I am very picky about eyebrows but I must say they do an amazing job waxing brows for just $ 7 and theres usually no wait.
I did get «gel» nails done once here and it chipped off the next day.

amazing, comfortable, humble place. people working here are generous, understanding, and appreciate their work. most affordable place, they are magicians with intricate designs. my forever go to place! absolutely adore the main woman
