Este lugar es el mejor que hay! Sin duda. Los dos últimos años fui a H&R para mi preparación te taxes pero es muy costoso y solamente te ayudan para recibir su ganancia (pago)! En cambio en la oficina de John la preparadora Samantha es muy cordial y muy profesional sin olvidar que es una MUY bella dama! Por supuesto que año con año regresare a este lugar donde me ayudaron y sus precios son muy agradables!

I used to work 2 doors down from John Bowlen, owner of John’s Tax Pro Team. I’ve always had a phobia about having my taxes done, stemming from the year my husband passed away 2 weeks before the tax deadline. I frantically had to search for someone to do my taxes and finally found someone out of desperation. She was good and I used her services until she moved away. Out of convenience, I used John’s services in 2005. He has done my taxes since that time and he’s done a marvelous job. My fear of tax prep has slowly dissolved to where I actually look forward to the opportunity to visit with John every year! He is such a character and so interesting that you’re going to love him AND his expertise of tax prep!

First of all let me start off by saying that I usually go to H&R Block… But I got tknow people have come here because he’s in business. So my experience…
I called around first because I didn’t want to pay $ 500 again this year. I called Liberty Tax and Johns set up appointments with both to get an estimate first we went to Liberty the Paradise Valley location behind the KFC over the phone I spoke with a lady which I didn’t understand «language barrier» when we walked in I introduced myself and said I had an appointment, Tamara RIVERA was her name anyways this lady was kinda rude okay soo she clearly heard our english no accent what so ever and she asked us twice even three times if we needed a Spanish speaker better? Well that was rude! We let it go and just started asking her questions which she did not know the answer to needless to say we didn’t trust her we got up thanked her and went across the street to Johns… Where we walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile as we spoke with the receptionist John was helping a couple but excused himself and got up to greet us he explained how he did things and asked us to fill out some papers and please take a seat. When he came over he was really nice and started off with a joke. He checked to see what and how it was better for us to file. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Please go to him no hidden fees just good and reasonable priced inconvinienxe tax not to mention he has classes FREE of cost to information you on how to file your taxes and claim the most and get the most!

I’LL NEVER GO BACK TO H&R BLOCK. not that they do a bad job they don’t but why pay $ 500 when you can get the same great service at Johns for less?!!
