Went in to grocery store for water, while in line I heard baker talking about his line of liquors. I tasted them and walked out with the vodka really good taste. Great personality’s good luck guys, oh I did not forget the water. Lol

We had the honor of doing a full tasting at the Mission Valley Craft Beer & Food Fest this year, and we were just blown away.
For starters, we’re beer drinkers and only one of us really has the balls to drink liquor straight up. So when the opportunity arose, we were quite apprehensive… but all great things involve risk, so we humbly obliged.
We started with the vodka – smooth. Then the moonshine – even smoother with sweeter notes. Then the clouds parted and we tried the gin – amazing. It was incredibly smooth, yet the finish was crisp and had just the right amount of dryness that still left it refreshing. Our favorite for sure. We then tried the moonshine infused w/​Dark Horse coffee – whoa! very different, very unique, but drinkable.
Loved the whole experience. The guys were informative, friendly, and had a great story to tell about their hard work. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area.

I met Ray Diglio last night at the Unilocal’s Fright Night Event. He was very personable and shared about the various drinks they distill. Moonshine, what you talkin’ about Willis? The spirits were good as was their gluten free vodka. I believe that it’s distilled from grapes. Going to look for this product in north county.

Oh my goodness!!! They are the crack to my booze. I heard this was moonshine. I am thinking. I can’t drink this stuff. Smoothest LEGAL moonshine I’ve ever had. Guess what’s going to happen when they open a tasting room… I will UBER, Lyft or Sidecar to get to this place. Maybe even public transportation.
If you like to have a good time with a good stiff drink. This is where you need to be!!!
