Not to be trusted! He changed the date to a weekday so very few were in attendance. Bidding was very low and items went for $ 1 or $ 2. Things were not separated out and boxed, so valuables were not seen by buyers. Items that were part of the house were removed (unbolted, including a woodburning stove) without owner’s consent or knowledge. Some patrons were instructed to make checks to auctioneer rather than the owner as agreed upon. We felt like we were scammed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
