«Marannathhhaaaa!!! Christ Reviens!!!» This place is named after the praise we extend to the Lord Jesus in our Haitian Churches. If you don’t know you better ask somebody. Maranatha was the first rebirth of the Haitian buffets coming back to Spring Valley. They have yet to slip up with anything. They have a great variety of selection to offer from bbq ribs, to macaroni, spicy chicken wings and plantains… you name it, they got it. I love piling on the spicy chicken wings! They have just the right kick of spice and the crunch of the flaky fried skin is dreamy. The only downside of this place is the miserable excuse for parking. The lot is extraordinarily narrow and just too gosh darn small. They have the worse parking ever. You just never go hungry when you come here and they are very reasonable regarding the pricing.
