Had a great experience recently while visiting the property. We were greeted immediately and given all the information we asked for. The manager was very helpful and patient with our questions and explained everything to us. We took a look at the property, the unit(which was great) and a little bit of the area. Felt no pressure at all to sign but we decided to go ahead an apply :) I’ll update this review as time goes on but so far it’s been a great experience. UPDATE11÷24÷14 Had to take away one star because of parking. The company they contract with doesn’t do their job. I called about a car that’s been parked in the same spot for about 2 months now and they haven’t made a move. That was 3 weeks ago, when the car had been in that same spot for over a month already. UPDATE7÷23÷15 Had to dock a couple more stars. There are skunks here almost every night. Yup, skunks. Also parking situation hasn’t improved much with visitors constantly parking in resident spots for the entire day. Only solution is to get a reserved spot, but they charge $ 50 a month on top of your rent for those… yea no. The main gate is broken often, and the key card takes anywhere from 5 to 15 tries to get it to work now. Used to be fine but now it gets super annoying when I’m out there trying to get the darn gate to open with cars behind me. Also forget about having people come to visit you, as the system setup here to call from the gate to a residents phone almost never works. There’s a box out there visitors have to use to find your name, and then call you. Problem is the calls don’t go through and they have to keep trying over and over(with cars lining up behind them) until it finally calls and allows you to open the gate for them. The worst part I’d say would be the lack of AC in the living rooms. It gets HOT, especially right now during summer. I’ve found it almost impossible to enjoy tv, eating or really anything in the living room because of the heat.

Super unprofessional! Had an appointment today to look at the apartments and was met with a «Sorry we missed you» sign. Called and no response. Plus their«secured gate» was broken.
