First time at this location and it’s was ok, but goodness it was like a sauna in there with the heat blasting. The cash register didn’t accept my first credit card than had to wait close to ½ hour for my dies, but I must say it was worth it. Who knows I might come back if I’m around this area again.

Ordered utilizing the online tool. Within 30 minutes of completing my order the pizza was delivered right to my door. Great, easy customer friendly service!

I have been a fan of Papa John’s Pizza for a very long time. Recently a lot of locations closed in Northern NJ(Park Ridge, Ramsey and Fair Lawn) and this was the closest one for me. Ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was terrible. It was the most saltiest pizza I had in my life. I tried 4 different slices from the pie and the entire pie was all like that. I never had any problems with Papa John’s before but this most recent experience left a real bad taste in my mouth. Honestly — terrible, terrible, terrible. Seriously how much salt do you need on a pizza!!!

WOW. They didn’t have flour. I placed my order online at 3 p.m. For over an hour I heard nothing, so I tried calling, only to be put on hold for fifteen minutes. I gave up, then tried calling again about 15 minutes later – hold again. Then I get a call from a different number from someone working there using the worst phone possible, its almost impossible to hear anything he’s saying. He says they didn’t have flour for the past two hours and that’s why I didn’t have any pizza. No apology, no effort to make it up, nothing and some half assed explanation on some phone not working(definitely not mine, it was working just fine when I called you TWICE), and even so why he couldn’t email me like the website says is the company policy??? Asks if I still want the pizza, I say yes. 15 minutes later he calls me AGAIN, ASKINGIF I WANTTHEDAMNPIZZA. At this point I am noticeably upset and say yesss, I told you the last time I still want the pizza. This guy STILL makes no effort to amend the situation, not even offering so much as a genuine apology/explanation. It’s past 5 pm and I am STILL waiting for my fucking pizza.

This is not about the pizza, but about the location itself(Spring Valley store). I ordered a pizza online, like I had previously done before we moved here. I got a confirmation email stating it would take 30 — 40 minutes. 1 hour later, still no pizza. I called the location and they said the driver was«on his way». 30 minutes after that and still no pizza. I called a second time, and they said the pizza HAD been delivered. I don’t know to whom, but it wasn’t here. 1 ½ after I ordered and I ended up with nothing! I will never be ordering from this location again.

The pizza here is very good and their online service is easy and good to deal with. Have picked up at location and its a tough area to park in so you need to navigate a few times. Its also downtown Spring Valley and that alone can be a lot of fun in itself. The sides have also been good including the wings and its the best of the«chain» pizza places in this area far outclassing Dominos — Little Ceasars and Pizza Hut for taste variety and freshness. We had last years Super Bowl supplied by PJ‘s and it was a huge success and everyone enjoyed the various pies and wings and cheese sticks. The new owners that brought it back are working hard to make it succeed and care about what you have to say. It seems to be doing well and better than the short lived first try and a PJ‘s years back. The staff were nice to deal with and your wait is not that bad. Their pizzas taste as good as they look– Buffalo Chicken especially good! Thanks for coming back!
