Julian was great! He was very accommodating when I missed my scheduled appointment and was able to fit me right in. He was able to walk me through the entire process perfectly. The entire staff and was friendly and engaged in conversation with everyone who came in.

I got a great deal on a garage size unit here and really enjoyed my rental experience. The staff are super friendly and professional (always 2 or more people) and I never got any erroneous or mysterious charges on my bill. The units and doors are in good condition and there’s plenty of space between the unit buildings to position your car as needed. My only complaint would be that one time something must have shook the building or roof a little that caused little yellow puff balls to fall from the ceiling of the unit, cover everything inside. But other than that I enjoyed renting a unit here. And the monthly rate was a killer deal. They also had good gate access hours 7 days a week and online bill-​pay.
