What a pleasant surprise this place was. Small Town bakery with a nice selection of baked items at a reasonable price.

I’ve never been able to decide if this is my favorite bakery because I grew up going to this bakery or because it really is that delightful. All I know is that I haven’t found donuts I like better, and I’ve been searching for 13 years.
It should be noted that is not a stylish bakery with gourmet cupcakes and expensive lattes. This is your plain Jane small town bakery. Low on style, but big on goodness.
If you pass through Spring Valley on your way to somewhere or perhaps nowhere it’s worth stopping in for some donuts and great buns.
