I came here today & one of the employee Attitude was OUTSTANDING her customer service was through the roof she helped me I the second I needed help her name was Sura. By the way I never take the time to write Unilocal reviews this is probably like my second one ever but I felt like it was necessary. She deserves an award.

There are new owners. The people working here don’t seem to be as happy working here. As such no different than going to any other subway. I remember the workers here going the extra bit to help. Don’t think that will happen now.

By far, the worst subway I have ever been to. Bread wasn’t cooked yet, the employee had no clue how to make a sandwich and the final result ended up in my garbage. Will not go to this location again!!!

I guess they open at 7:30 not 7:00! Very rude employees! Last time coming to this Subway!

This is the worst subway in all of spring valley. Never has what I want. 3 weeks in a row. The service is crap. Do Not Go Here.

This is the only 1 star review ive ever given. And its well deserved. I come here often for convenience, its close, but ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I never get an attitude back but today was too much. First off the place was empty because the two girls were outside sittin down while im in there waiting. One comes strolling in without any words. Ok fine. But the «what do you want» attitude was too much. Never asked what else do u want, just looking side to side and makin that «uhhh» sound like im taking to long telling her whats next. At the end for payment i didnt see the debit swiper so i handed her my card, she reaches over and swipes it so dramatically and hands it back i said «well excuse me». That was it. No have a good day no do you want your reciept… i left loudly saying sarcastically THANK YOU. She said have a good day. Too much… im calling the manager too she should be fired. So ridiculous.

If I could, I wouldn’t give them any stars. The employees are so rude and act as if they don’t want to be there. On top of that, I found hair in my food. This place is disgusting!

Shame to say that I live around the corner, but would rather go out of my way to drive to another location rather than come here again.
They make decent sandwiches, but their customer service skills are horrendous and beyond lacking. I used to be a regular here, but I have just had it with the rude, nonchalant behavior of most of the employees that work here. They act like they are doing you a favor by making your food. It’s like the whole store is lacking morale, because there are several employees who basically act like they hate their lives by working there.
On a final note… and probably the biggest disappointment for me (I love Subway’s cookies!!) is that those cookies that are supposed to be baked fresh, are anything but that.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Where do i start?
I had a basketball tournament in high school and we had a good 2 hours before our next game. So my friends and I get subway for lunch. I got the spicy Italian and got FOOD POISONING. I ate it and couldn’t even play in the game because my stomach was hurting so bad when I was on the court. I KNOW it was the subway because my friends even told me that my sandwich didn’t look good but I thought they didn’t like the idea of pepperoni on bread AND I was hungry. So f**** that, I didn’t eat subway for a good TWO YEARS.
So I come back, YEARS LATER and I’m pulling up to Subway with my bestfriend and boyfriend and some Chaldean lady is SPEEDING FROM THE GAS PUMP so of course I honk because I mean damn, you could’ve HIT MY CAR AND INJURED ONE OF MY FRIENDS… Ok so I’m moving on, I park into subway and this lady FOLLOWS me and parks INFRONT of my car doing I don’t know what. So I’m ordering my sandwich, ignoring the situation and this girl is writing down my license plate so I go outside and ask her if she has a problem and she said «You should’ve stopped bitch» I was so mad! I wanted to fight that lady but she didn’t wanna get out the car, and she was STILL parked INFRONT of mine. All of a sudden her husband comes into subway to confront me and HES THE FUCKIN OWNER OF THIS PIECE OF SHIT STORE yelling I don’t even know wtf he’s saying cause his heavy Chaldean accent and some mid 60 year old lady who was in the passenger seat comes out the car & is in my face AND PUSHES MY FACE so I just swung at that bitch cause SHE HIT ME FIRST and the owners wife WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE is STILL IN THE CAR WATCHING ALL THIS SHIT HAPPEN! IS THIS HOW YOU HANDLE BUSINESS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS??? fuck this subway!!! It should be shut down, the people running this shit are pathetic!!!

I eat at subway as my regular fast food stop as I’m trying to stay away from fattening drive thru grease meals.
I came here one evening and ordered a veggie sandwich with mustard salt and pepper. The girl making my sandwich put everything on… But the mustard. No biggie, I’m in it more for the veggies and they’re busy. She wraps the sandwich, put it in the bag, then goes «oh! You wanted mustard didn’t you!» I said «ya, but it’s no problem, I haven’t had it without mustard for a while so I could use a change anyway» they were busy and frankly, it really didn’t matter! She says «I can open it and put it on» I again said «its no problem, really, I’m sure it’s still delicious.»
I thought I was being pretty understanding. She then, no joke, ROLLED her eyes at me, walks over to the other girl working on my boyfriends sandwich and said «whatever, I tried» to which the other girl goes «i know, right?» And they start laughing! WHILE I’m standing there, right in front of them! Then proceeds to walk to the back with an entire line of people waiting!
I try not to leave negatives for businesses, but this was above and beyond rude and uncalled for. I was pretty embarrassed in front of a room of people, and I’m still pretty confused as to why she felt that was necessary. Will NEVER EVER EVER come here again, there are plenty of other subways and I refuse to spend my money at a place with such blatant attitude!

Everyone on the planet knows you’re going to get a decent sandwich made the way you like it, and this location wasn’t any different. I’ve been there several times and have always had a great sandwich in their impeccable restaurant. The only annoying thing I’ve noticed is a consistency towards mediocre service from the staff. From the slow response to greet new customers, to the off putting lack of friendlessness. Since I only go there when I’m dropping my nephew off for his guitar lessons in the area, it’s just something I’ve learned to put up with.

Why am I reviewing Subway? I know, I know, but I ate here this morning on my way to work because I was to lazy to pack myself some breakfast, I figure I might as well review them and give them credit for helping me out on a day like today.
I arrived at 7 AM sharp, right when they opened and I was the first customer. I felt so privileged. I ordered the 6″ Western Breakfast Melt with whites, black forest ham, provolone, bell pepper, fresh tomatoes with a dash of salt and pepper. I had it all on nicely toasted flat bread. This sandwich always hit the spot for me. Not only is it low in calories, but it is yummy. I had it with a 16 oz Seattle Best’s coffee. The coffee was not Seattle’s Best, it was the correct brand, but certainly not their best.
I decided to eat my breakfast and drink my coffee there because I was not in any hurry to get to work today. Just did not feel like going, but I still did. «Sigh,» well, the table could of used a one through but the rest of the place looked clean.
Nice well priced breakfast for only $ 3.

I am so glad that I live next to this Subway. It is by far the best Subway in town. All the staff is super friendly. They take their time when making your sandwich and when you ask for light mustard you actually get light mustard. The restaurant is always pretty much packed every time I go in there but you never have to wait for too long. The staff are excellent multitasks and sandwich makers. I will drive there from my work and a past two other Subways because I know I will not be disappointed.

Definitely one of the cleanest Subway restaurants that I’ve been to. However, the two girls working the night I went had really bad customer service. There wasn’t anyone behind the counters or in the restaurant when I walked in. I had to wait a few good minutes before one of the two girls came from the back. She didn’t even greet me or apologize. Instead I got an attitude from her like it was my fault for walking in and having to make her work. Food was ok just like any other Subway.

New location, looks clean from the outside with lots of deals posted.

I’ve decided to add Subway to my fast food indulgence list and guilty pleasures.
I come here at least once a week. Usually stick with the 5 dollar foot long.
Service is speedy and some what mechanical and all the usual appropriate Subway questions are asked. Bread, type, heated, and fixings. The sandwiches are stuffed to the brim.
The feasting area is always immaculate and the counter always moves at a quick pace. Unless, and this isn’t Subway’s fault, you are fortunate enough to be stuck behind the gentleman who is on his cell phone and «multitasking». Kinda puts a «hic up» in the rotation.
I’ve been to other subways. And this one has to be one of the bests. This is how a subway should be run.
