367 Move

Great job and fast even though the three man crew was only two due to someone calling out. On time and took care of all my stuff! Jesus and Miguel worked their tails off! Will deff recommend.

Really disappointing company. Two very young guys showed up. Not professional at all. I have glass top tables (you tilt and lift glass out) one of these guys was using a screwdriver to get the glass out. Needless to say but I will, my table was scratched. Took way longer to get our things moved than it should have. Would not use this company again.

I was really disappointed with how 367– Move handled my move.
When I initially called in, I was given a quote for a move and was told it would not take more than 4 hrs. We agreed on a time — 1−2pm on Friday, for the movers to get to my ‘old’ place.
I had to call them three times after 2pm on Friday, only to find out that the movers were delayed. They finally arrived at 4.30pm. I needed to take time off work, so a call would have been really appreciated, so I could rearrange my schedule, or at least know what was happening.
We agreed to a 2-​men move. And we got 1 and a half men — one was a mover, and the other did not look more than 16 years old. While both men were super polite, only one was able to move the really heavy stuff. Moreover, ours was their 3^rd or 4^th job that day! So they were utterly exhausted and as a result slow. We started carrying some of the things ourselves, to help speed things up.
A move that was meant to finish at 6pm, maybe 7pm lasted until midnight. And it took 6 hrs rather than the original 4hrs, maybe 5! Also, the movers needed to take a break for dinner, as they had not eaten since the morning, so that delayed things further.
I was also charged a transport fee of $ 45.00 — because the truck was meant to come from Spring. But it did not, it came from Briar Forest in Houston, and my move was in downtown Houston.
The company was recommended by friends of mine, and I really expected a good service — much like what they got. Instead, I ended up very disappointed.

They crew was everything you’d want in movers… smart, strong, careful, courteous, neat, hard working. If there were 10 stars, I’d give it to them. Really great experience.

Really glad I can give a moving company 5-​Stars! Got an estimate and they were at my house 3-​days later. Moved us from a 6 bedroom house in The Woodlands AND a storage unit to a 3 bedroom house (and much larger storage unit) in Austin. I packed our stuff — they loaded two BIG trucks. These guys were great and worked really fast. Price were very competitive. Would definitely use them again.
