My plan was to have a minimal amount of botox and juviderm injected.
I knew people who had used Dr. Perlman for cosmetic surgery and were very happy with his services — so I felt comfortable having them do the procedures.
When his nurse, Debbie, asked what I was hoping to have done, I showed her the two wrinkles between my eyebrows for Botox and then the 2 areas around my mouth for juviderm: I wanted the labial folds filled in and then a horizontal wrinkle along my chin line on either side.
I’ve had these done before — one dose of Botox for eyebrow, one dose of Juviderm to fill out the wrinkles along chin line.
Debbie proceeded to inject 2 doses of Botox in my forehead — missing the wrinkles between my brows. Then she injected 2 doses of Juviderm and told me I had to have another before I stopped her.
$ 1,800 later, I have a forehead that looks like a Vulcan from Starship Enterprise.
And I have noticeable bulges above my lip on the left side (she said the left needed more work) along with a fuller area on the left labial fold than the right side.
I would never, ever go back to this place. They milk you for what they can. My feeling is that the staff is out to make extra bucks while the doctor is out.

I went to Dr Perlman’s office for Botox. Debbie did my injections and I can’t say enough positive things about her and the office. She studied my facial features and carefully decided the best placement for the injections. My previous injector injected 40 units of botox and I had a bad reaction. Debbie injected only 20 and the result is outstanding. Very honest and reputable surgery centre. I plan on going back in the future for more botox treatments and surgery in the future.

I went for an Active FX/​Deep FX laser treatment to improve my acne scars. After the treatment, my face broke out horribly and I had to go back to have this worse problem addressed which costed more money. Dr. Perlman never mentioned I could have such a nasty side effect and when he was called into the room to see my face, he seemed disinterested and left it to his nurse to handle. The nurse brought in their esthetician, Leslie. Thank goodness for Leslie! She not only addressed the problem but informed me of some great products to continually improve my skin! She knows her stuff and I’ve been a regular customer of hers at Dr. Perlman’s Bella Dermage Spa. Now, I’ve learned that he let her go! What is he thinking!!! She’s the only reason he still HAD my business!!! I will follow Leslie wherever she goes. See ya, Perlman.

very happy with Dr. perlman and his staff. i initially went there for a botox treatment and ended up going back for some cosmetic surgery a year later. got lipo and breast augmentation and happy with it all. i like this place because they can get you in quickly, you don’t wait a long time in the waiting area, and he’s very good at listening to you.
