Air Trends A/C & Heating

Fan went out on AC (the entire hvac system is 20+ years old) therefore options were
1. replace fan only ‚
2. replace furnace (which incorporates the fan unit),
3. replace whole AC/​furnace system.
We had our regular hvac service (who we had for 14 years and supposedly gave us a discount for our loyalty), and three other companies give us pricing on the 3 options. Air Trends was not only the best price, but James explained some other problems we might have with the configuration of our particular system. The bid was 30% less for the EXACT same equipment as our EX-​regular service company and that along with his knowledge and openess about possible problem areas had us choose to replace the entire system. Obviously we have not had the heat on yet, but the aircon is working very well (and much more efficiently than the 20+ year model). They arrived when promised, the length of time to replace all was actually a bit less than estimated, and they made sure that there was no mess despite it being a rainy day and the system was up in the attic on a two story home. Very pleased!
