I googled flower shops closest to where my friend lives and this place popped up with free delivery in the Spring area. Two thumbs up for that. I placed an online order & the flowers were delivered to my friend the same day. The price was reasonable I guess for flowers these days anyways, service was quick and easy. I was worried about how they turned out but it came out beautiful. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Last week, a flower arrangement was delivered to me as a gift. It was a small arrangement and the shape on top should have been rounded, but because the arrangement was so sparse, and poorly configured, there was a big empty space in the center of the arrangement and the other flowers, which several were wilted, flopped out of the sides. The bottom line is the arrangement had few quality stems in it, to the point that it looked sparse and thrown together. When the flower shop was called about the issue with the arrangement, the woman on the phone was somewhat rude about the complaint, but sent out a replacement the next day. The replacement was much nicer, and exactly how the original arrangement should have looked. What made my opinion of this flower shop turn in a more negative direction is the handwritten response I received from the flower shop. Handwritten notes are good, right? Not this one. Instead of getting a sincere apology from the business, because the initial flower arrangement was UGLY, wilted and lacking in the number of stems, I received a note with my replacement arrangement stating that the previous arrangement was up to par, and that it contained several blooms that would’ve taken a few days to open.(As if THAT is the reason it looked awful?(I guess they ignored the part about it being mishaped, looking sloppy, and consisting of wilted flowers too?) I took a photo of the initial arrangement and the replacement arrangement, specifically for my review. Always in Bloom, isn’t always in bloom, now is it? No repeat business here! There too many excellent florists in town to accept poor quality flowers, and rude customer service.

Always in Bloom is my go-to florist! I have used them for several years now, purchasing everything from small baskets to large sprays for funerals. The staff is so friendly, helpful and so patient with questions. When I don’t have a clue as to specifically what I want, they are excellent at design advice and suggestions. The prices are very fair and the quality is always amazing! Thank you, Always in Bloom, for making my Mom’s recent 80th birthday so special! The surprise delivery made her day!

It’s so rare to find great customer service these days. Always in Bloom has that! We needed a last minute, same-day bouquet and two boutonnieres for a wedding. When we shared our emergency need, Pam wasn’t judgmental or swayed. She just listened and made magic happen. Not only did we get a beautiful set, but she made it happen in less than half an hour. What an amazing florist! I can’t imagine how much greater our order would have been with more time. Thanks Always in Bloom!

This is an awesome company. Their customer service is top notch & their flowers are beautiful. The owner believes in customer satisfaction & will go over & beyond to ensure satisfaction. This is my go to Florist.
