AMCAP Mortgage

My mom is trying to get a second home to help me out due to I am self employees and need 1 more year of tax la to file of course she will be living me and will be renting out her current home to a family member. She does qualify for a FHA loan since her current home loan is a conventional loan. The is company only approves her for 85k know a days with livable homes starting in the 100k in Houston that is we would definitely need 120k min to find one. My moms name is Migdalia Santos will definitely be shopping around for other lenders. No sure what they think we could purchase for 85k.

DO NOT EVER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WORK WITH THIS LENDER!!! Words to describe? Incompetent, incapable, unreliable, unprofessional, unskilled, untrained, unresponsive, lazy, slow, forgetful, unhelpful, problem causing, ridiculous policies, unable to meet closing date deadlines, the list goes on and on. They will cost you money due to their incompetence, cost you time due to their inability to meet closing deadlines due to that incompetence, and ultimately will also cost you your home because no seller is going to continue to put up with you and with dealing with this lender and all their constant fall outs and push backs that they will cause you. These other 3 reviews are CLEARLY fake. If you are smart you will take heed of this warning. This lender has been the biggest, most pathetic joke of my life. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! If you seriously still go with these people then I have no sympathy for you and you deserve to get screwed. Consider yourself warned.
