I can’t get enough of this place. The bread is made fresh daily. The coffee is better then anything you can get at starbucks. The couple that owns it is very sweet and helpful. If I can give it more stars I would. Everything is made fresh. I love this place!

Out of all the stores that offer Banh Mi, this location has the best vegetables hands down. They are very crisp and fresh (cucumber was on point) as the cook does not compromise when it comes to quality selection to what goes into your sandwich. He does not take shortcuts and it shows. The sandwich is arranged neatly and the process feels more intimate and personal. This place opened up near my area and it’s definitely going to be my new to-​go place for Banh mi. Before I’d have to go to Hong Kong plaza or Bellaire for quality sandwiches and it wasn’t very convenient.
The décor is very laid back and makes a great place to study. Only downside is lack of free wifi (that I know of) which would make this place a superb spot to chill and study with a group of friends.

Best iced coffee! Definitely better than Starbucks. This will now be my morning stop before work.

After seeing Bahn Mi sandwiches on several food shows I’ve been wanting to try one and saw the reviews about this restaurant and had to give it a try.
It was late so all I ordered was the pork bahn mi and it was fabulous. The meat was tender and flavorful. The bread is homemade, crispy and fresh along with the ingredients that make up the sandwich. Generous portions for the price and I can’t wait to get back and try the other items on the menu.
The owners are very friendly and ask for feedback about your experience. They let me try a meatball while I was waiting after telling me about the menu and best sellers.
They did say they are planning to offer phở once they get the recipe down which I’m excited about.

First time here. But not the first time I have had a great banh mi. That’s what I came here for and they delivered. There was a hiccup in my lunch today. They forgot my Banh Mi. Just a small over sight. They quickly fixed the issue and apologized about 10 times and gave me a delicious Vietnamese coffee on the house which I had ordered. Over all it was delicious and will be back and tell my friends about this place. If your looking for great food and great service look no further.

Pass by the new place while driving to work and decided to go on a Friday night. Staff greeted us and exampled some of their menu items. They told us they their meatball or their lemongrass pork banh mi was their popular sandwiches. So I decided to order their meatball banh mi with a fried egg, some vietnamese egge rolls, pork baos, and a vietnamese ice coffee. I tried the pork bao first and it was nice and warm and delicious. The bao was nice and sweet and the pork had a nice flavor. Then I took a bite of their vietnamese egg rolls and it was nice and crispy. It had a nice flavor to it. Finally I took a bite of the meatball banh mi and the beard is nice and fresh. You can tell they bake the bread themselves. The meatball with the fried egg was pretty good. The jalapeños in the sandwich was not at all hot but it still gave it a nice crunch alone with the rest of the vegetable topping. Vietnamese ice coffee perfectly made and taste great. Overall the service was super friendly and they let you tried the meats in their sandwiches so you can decide what you want. Probably the best Banh Mi in Spring, TX. Definitely will be back.

The BBQ Bao is wonderful! Also had a vanilla latte and it was great. Definitely making this a regular stop and the atmosphere is very clean and accommodating.

The owners are so sweet and accommodating! The place is clean and the food is tasty and fresh! I will definitely return soon and often!

These sandwiches are the best I’ve had since the original banh mi I had over 15 years ago. The lemongrass pork is especially good. The combo is traditional, while the meatball is almost as good as the lemongrass pork. I haven’t had the pork patty as that’s not my thing. The one draw back was the egg rolls. I don’t know if it is just a different style, but they were not to my liking.
Overall, I am SO glad this place had opened, with great sandwiches & great prices!

Had the lemon grass pork sandwich and chicken spring rolls both were delicious. Service was fast and very friendly. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

Great Banh Mi sandwiches! Spring rolls were super tasty and fresh made to order. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. My iced coffee was super strong and sweet at the same time (the way I like it!). Cookies are two for a dollar and my only complaint is that one of the cookies were overdone. (The other cookie was perfect). Overall an excellent sandwich and a great experience, I will be back!

I religiously reference Unilocal before I decide on a place to eat and Bahn mi Houston was advertised as the «Hot and New» location for my area.
Honestly, I haven’t been this excited in a long time. I currently drive 20 minutes to satisfy my Vietnamese cravings, now I would only have to drive 7 minutes. Had my prayers been answered? Did Spring, TX finally open an authentic Vietnamese café?
YES.
Today I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee, a lemongrass pork bahn mi and a pork spring roll. It all came to just under $ 8.
Their biggest strengths are that everything is extremely fresh, meticulously made, and authentic. The friendly owners also made my experience very memorable. Their café has excellent potential and I’m excited for it’s future in Spring.
*I also noticed they have an option to put in a drive-​thu. Yes pleaseee.

Had the pleasure of trying their banh-​mi and the spring rolls. Unlike some places, their French bread has a crunch but not stale and hars. Sandwiches are equipped with the right amount of everything. Also tried their Vietnamese iced coffee and spring rolls. It was delicious! Wow!
It’s in a good location and they’re open every day. Definitely give this place a try, their product is good and their service is very friendly.

They ran out of pork when I came in. not surprised by all the reviews and pork seems to always be most popular. So I ordered the grilled lemongrass chicken banh mi and a hot Vietnamese coffee. Delicious and I’m definitely coming back and trying the pork! The owners are soooo nice. I hope their business continues to grow cuz I want to try whatever they add to their menu

I was super excited when I saw this place open up! It’s just down the street from my workplace, and there aren’t too many restaurants in the area where you can get banh mi. When I walked in, the owners were super friendly. I normally order a combination banh mi at other places, but I told them I didn’t know what to get. They said their meatball banh mi was really good, so I ordered that. I didn’t intend to get coffee, but I saw they had a promo for $ 1.99. I got the iced Vietnamese coffee. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was surprisingly very good! Normally, I’m very critical of my coffee. If it doesn’t taste good, I kind of get angry/​upset! I was surprised that I liked it b/​c they didn’t use the usual drip coffee maker and Café Du Monde coffee. Instead, they buy their own beans locally and create a custom blend. They take a lot of pride in their coffee and use an espresso machine.
When I got to the office, I was so excited to eat the sandwich, I forgot to take a picture! I didn’t have any expectations for the sandwich since I’ve never had a meatball sandwich. It was very good and flavorful! The first thing I noticed was that the bread was not over-​toasted! This is really important b/​c a lot of other places, the bread is so toasted, making it hard to eat! Overall, very good sandwich! I will be back! Also, they said they make a really good hot Vietnamese coffee. I’ll wait for a cold day and then try that!

Are you kidding me??? This is what great food and amazing hospitality needs to taste and feel like. The banh mi is so delicious and fresh. They even make spring rolls to order along with amazing expresso. The owners made me feel like family. Great job! The passion for what you do comes through.

Great service! New place just around the corner from my house so as soon as I saw it open I’ve been wanting to try it. The banh-​mi are awesome. We had the lemon grass pork and it was delicious. We will definitely be back specially since they offer a breakfast menu with great coffee options. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

New Vietnamese Sandwich shop!!! The bread is chewy and crunchy at the same time. Ordered a sandwich and Vietnamese coffee is a perfect combination.
