Be very aware of this contractor. He has lied from the beginning and taken money without finishing a job. We signed a contract on April 15th, and my patio has yet to be finished. He lied about HOA approval and pulling permits. He does not communicate, or call back. He sent out 5 separate electricians that never showed up. Has excuses for everything. No one ever came back after he was paid on July 2nd. Terrible business practices. I believe he gambled my money away.
