This is the only place (that I know of) that guarantees no bugs for a whole year! Their product works + they’re super professional (office staff and techs). After they came, I saw some dead /​dying bugs for about a week but nothing since then. I’m happy to report that I’m no longer scared to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night :)

We have been using Bio-​Tech for well over a year, and have found them excellent, honest, knowledgeable, and effective. They have gone above and beyond for us, more than once! And, amazingly, they are very reasonably priced in all their services, so this is an all-​around great value to us as homeowners. They have really delivered for us. If you are lucky enough to have Raymond or Miranda as a service technician, you will see what I mean. Great local service company, in all respects. Also, when you call or email, you always get a live person and immediate response. They have even come out on Holidays, when needed. Very impressive, and greatly appreciated.

We have been using BioTech for 3 years. Before we found them, we subscribed to a repeating 3-​month service with another company. The problem was, the 3-​month treatment usually ran out and I started seeing bugs around month 2. Bio-​Tech really does last a year, and if I see any tiny little bug, they are out very quickly to make sure I don’t see any more. Also, their techs are professional and courteous. (Some other companies have some very odd people working for them). I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to make sure they never have bugs.

Bio-​Tech recently provided rodent removal and exclusion services for my home. Their prices are very competitive and beat the larger companies by hundreds of dollars. I was misled (or lied to) by Critter Control of Houston who claimed I had a huge infestation and needed complete remediation treatment that would cost $ 9,700! Bio-​Tech treated my problem for a fraction of this price and did an excellent job. I received superior customer service from the office staff and all of the technicians who visited my home. They are prompt, professional and responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone with a squirrel or rat issue in their home. I haven’t used their other pest treatment services, but I would happily use them again for any future problems.

I have used them for the past two years for both inside and outside yard treatment. I love that I do not have to sign a contract, and I get discounts because I found them on Angie’s list and mentioned it when I called. The staff is very kind and does a great job at giving you the date and time you request for a technician. All technicians that have come to my home are very nice and professional and leave me a invoice of what was done every time.
Recently I lost my grandfather on a day that technician Noël was going to stop by and I called to cancel due to leaving town for the funeral. Within hours of canceling Noël and Bio-​Tech Pest Control sent flowers to my home. This just shows you that they care about their customers and are very kind people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have used Bio-​Tech for two years and have been very happy with their work. The representative has always been on time and courteous. The representative explains the treatment being performed. There are little to no bugs in my house after treatment for a whole year. I do know when it is time for the yearly treatment because I begin to see bugs in the house. They work around my schedule.
