Car Wash Time

Huge lack of knowledge when dealing with paint on a car. They use bristle brushes to wash the cars before. Unfortunately they do not look at what they are about to brush. Brand new limited black truck left there and when it dried it looked gray with scratches all over. I trust them to handle the color white, and air freshener. Anything besides that, drive away.

Showed up at 4:37 PM on a Monday afternoon and there was a cone blocking off the drive through car wash.

After looking at their website, services offered, and pricing, I called this morning and left a message that I would like to get my car interior cleaned. They called back within a couple of hours and said I didn’t need an appointment during the week and to come any time. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and asked for the floors to be vacuumed and shampooed. They told me to give them an hour and it should be ready. We went to pick it up about 1.5 hours later and it was ready and waiting for us! Looked like new! The manager must have misunderstood my original request (vacuum and shampoo only) because he initially stated a (higher) price that I wasn’t expecting and said they did a full detail. I asked what the charges were for since their website stated a different price for a shampoo. He didn’t argue or anything, just gave me the lower price and didn’t seem upset or anything. Was very relieved! Great service, and car looks wonderful! Thanks Car Wash Time! We will definitely use this place again and recommend to friends!

Awesome car wash, friendly employees. They always get my car clean espocally for the simple fact my three dogs are in my car half the time and shed a lot! They always manage to get every hair out of my car! Their managent team is great as well! I highly recommend this place!

These guys did a good job. With the $ 25 for a full service SUV. There are services I would like to have offered with that but I’m not the guy making the packages.
My only complaint is that I was told by the greeter that they use HF (hydrofluoric acid) in their wheel cleaner. Maybe he was misinformed, perhaps not informed at all. That stuff is nasty. When it’s sprayed in an environment like that, it atomizes. If you happen to have your vents on or even open, it will enter the interior of your vehicle and you can inhale it before it settles. That’s a great way to get cancer. If you insist on going here, have an attendant drive your vehicle through the car wash. It’s better they get cancer than you.
I’ll continue to check other full service options in the area. Hopefully I can find one that doesn’t use HF. If not I’ll have to consider other options.
This place does have some great Belanger brand equipment. Best in the business IMO.

Great car wash place!
For $ 22 you drive through the car wash and then pull around and they clean the inside and towel dry the outside. There’s a $ 2 off coupon on the bottom of your receipt for next time. Friendly and efficient people here!
