Chic Floors installed granite counter tops in my kitchen. They did a wonderful job from quote to installation. They were even able to fabricate a tricky corner in one piece! Professional, clean and courteous.

I hired Chic Floors for kitchen granite countertops and backsplash installation and in the process sustained significant plumbing damage; to include a broken off (not cut) main drain pipe at the base of the wall and a broken off knob shut off valve. When I contacted Ihab, he became very defensive, stating «I told you they were not plumbers, if they broke it, they had to in order to do the work». Ihab refused to come on site to inspect the work, he initially told me NOT to forward him photos of the damages because he believed me, but then refused to pay the plumber that was currently in my home to hook up my sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Ihab stated my plumber must be an idiot and that he could have someone perform the repairs for $ 10 sometime after 7pm that night. I informed him I was not available that late night. Ihab, then made racist remarks stating he should have known I would pull a stunt like this and then hung up on me. Ihab, later left a voice message threatening to file a lien on my home, stating his contract stated he could.
