Love this place but please please clean the kids play area, it’s starting to look like Mcdonalds.

Love Chik fil A and all they stand for. Today I only ordered a Large Dt. drink and when I went to the window, I handed the young man my money. He said, well, actually today it is on us! God knows when we are having a bad day. Thank you Chik fil A

This place is super fast and the staff is SOOO friendly. We eat here too much. But it’s soo good!

I got breakfast, and the food was good but the service wasn’t that amazing. My girlfriend had to wait 10 minutes to get someone’s intention to get more water. Maybe it was the drive through rush that had the employees overwhelmed.

THE nicest staff for fast food establishment. Plain and simple!

This has got to be the worst chick fil a location I’ve been to and trust me I stopped at quite a few. Most of them are excellent and super polite. This one on the other hand was not. The guy that took my order at drive thru was good. It was the lady who was at the window who was not. I handed over my card. She swiped it and gave it back. I said thank you. She handed me my bag and said have a nice night and turns her back to me. I’m like, ummmm I need some sauce for chicken nuggets. I wait until she turns around and when she does she says is there anything you need? I said yes. Chick fil a sauce for the two boxes I just bought. She hands me two and starts to walk away. I catch her and ask for two more since I had two boxes. She gave me a dirty look and handed me two more. Customer service is very important. It’s what determines if a customer will come back or not. I will not be going back to that location. Lucky for me there are a few of them close by.

Want some yummy chicken sandwiches and a delicious peach shake with a side of waffle fries AND be treated sweetly? Come here! But lunch or dinner time drive-​thru lines will make you think twice. But that’s why there are long lines, because its that good!

Just got home and another wrong order. 4 out of 5 times the order is wrong. Even had them repeat the order at the window as a second check and they still can’t get it right. Extremely frustrating. The assembly line is obviously not working. From order to bag assy… Work on the process chick fil a!

This is my favorite Chick-​Fil-​A in the Woodlands area because it’s hidden and not many people know it’s here, hence its not as busy as all the rest in the surrounding areas. Only got wrong once my sweet tea, but I go through the drive-​thur a lot. My toddler who has a special request of a fruit cup with no apples, they grant it for him every time (saving this mom a meltdown and her sanity). They have an indoor play area. *Bonus* most parents don’t know this but you can trade your kids meal toy for a free ice cream. Also I like how they have the condiments out so you don’t have to get weird looks asking for 10 Chick-​Fil-​A sauces. (my oldest basically eats it with everything!)

Management needs to get more control of the teens working there. It’s more often that we have to wait to place our order due to them socializing among themselves. We’ve lived in the neighborhood for approximately 10 years and it seems to be getting worse. If they paid attention to the customers as much as they did themselves, there wouldn’t be a problem.

We just stopped here to get nuggets for the kid. He likes them, and he’s picky. I like Chick-​fil-​A myself, but haven’t eaten at this one. The line was stupendously long and slow, but only because people in the Woodlands are so freaking picky about everything and want to discuss each order in detail, apparently. It’s fast food people, you can’t order it just the way you make it yourself at home and get it fast. Geez.

The name says it all! Cant go wrong eating here. This location is clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful! Great for the kids!
