Grilled chicken is nasty af. Don’t do that to yo self.

There’s a reason chic-​fil-​a is always so busy. Customer service is excellent especially in a time where fast food restaurants employ mostly kids. Employees at Chi-​Fil-​A really act like they care! Went to this location while there was a bad rain storm and they actually had a young man at the door with an umbrella to walk people to their cars! What an awesome thing to do!

As seniors we were looking forward to the monthly seniors bingo at our chick filet. We were at the store at 9 with about 12 – 14 other obvious seniors. But no bingo the manager Jacob said there not enough people to play. Really poor excuse. We ordered anyway but no the usual friendly people offering to refill my lemonade. Was it because we asked why there was no bingo. Elder abuse

They never let me down. And the cookies are the best! I like how the staff is always extra cheerful. It makes me laugh.

I absolutely love Chickfila, and this location is wonderful. Everyone is always so friendly, and they always get my order correct. During heavy traffic hours (especially lunch) they have two employees standing outside taking orders, including payments. The line always moves super fast, and the customer service is great!

I was having a very bad day. I gave up trying to find the location of my new doctor, so I stopped in at Chick-​fil-​A, feeling very frustrated.
When I came in, I was greeted by a kind, friendly young man. Even though it was lunch time, I had no wait time at all!
As I waited for my food (a very short time) I listened to the soft Christian instrumental rock music playing for the enjoyment of the patrons. This is a very friendly, kind place to eat.
Now that I finished my grilled chicken combo with cheese and bacon and my waffle fries, I’m relaxing and drinking my favorite drink… Diet Dr. Pepper!
This place has everything I need and nothing I don’t need. I don’t feel rushed. My spirits are much better than when I walked in.
I think I found my favorite fast food restaurant. So warm and friendly, with calming music and good food.

The large cooked and chilled nugget tray we ordered was not ready until more than 30 minutes past pickup time. The gallons of tea and lemonade were not ready either. They did not include the sweetener packets for the unsweet tea. They were apologetic and friendly but never came out and said it wasn’t ready and they apparently forgot all about the order until we showed up. The food did taste good as normal with this location. The cashier gave my daughter a toy cow when I said the food was for her birthday party, which I thought was sweet of him.

Today, as I went to Chick-​fil-​A after looking at the advertisement they have, with the buy one sandwich and get one free. I get up to order in the drive thru. I ordered a sandwich and asked if I could get the free one as well. The lady taking my order said I had to buy the meal to get the free sandwich. But on their advertisement it does not say «Buy a Chick-​fil-​A sandwich meal. Get a Chick-​fil-​A sandwich FREE.» So I tried to explain but the lady taking my order said if I did not want the meal I would have to order two chicken sandwiches to get one free. Which did not make any sense to me. So I went ahead and ordered the meal with a coke, which I wasn’t expecting to buy to get a free sandwich. As I got to the window the guy serving my food said «here is your coke». I got home took a sip out of my coke. It was sweet tea. This is the second time that it has happened this week. Last visit they got my drink wrong as well giving me Dr. Pepper. I understand the drive thru employees are trying to make it quick as possible, but serving the wrong things to the customer is not good either. I am pretty disappointed in this. I have not be satisfied the last two times I have visited.

Mmmmm how I used to love chick fil a when I lived in Vegas and couldn’t get to it unless I drove 2 hours to Utah. I don’t know what it is about this chicken that I love so much. This location is pretty fast and at night they have someone to pass out the sauces from outside. The only thing I don’t like about this location is that they keep giving me the wrong dressing for the salad and we are constantly looking in our bag before driving off and asking for the correct one.

My kids and I stopped by on a Tuesday. It was airbrush night. The managers including the employees were extremely sweet. The young man taking our order was so polite and proper and the manager was going around restaurant making sure everyone was ok. It was Airbrush night and my kids got a free TShirt! They make it really fun! We even got to take a picture with the Chick-​fil-​A cow.
You guys here on FM2920 in Spring are doing an awesome job! Kudos to you!

This place knows how to handle a crowd. There must be 100 people in here right now and my food still only took 5 minutes and the staff is wonderful. One lady fetched everything I needed without me even uttering a word. It’s like a restaurant with a waitress that you don’t have to tip. excellent service. I really love bringing my kids here for the child play area that is also maintained.

Love this place. The employees and managers are awesome. We had my son’s birthday there and they did an outstanding job. I dropped off themed decorations earlier that day and they had it all done beautifully. The service there is outstanding!

I have been in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes. And because it is 3 whole minutes after 1030 I cannot order breakfast. I come to this chicfila at least twice a week. I won’t be returning.

Lines are ridiculous. Head of operations need to be replaced and they need to focus on making this location far more efficient.

The «chick fil a» name speaks volume. Chick fil a knows how to deliver and treat their customers. Their food is delicious and staff is always courteous. The only fast food that I always enjoy eating. I have never had any complaints with chick fil a’s service. The only one best thing to come from a devout religious organization. However, I don’t agree with any of their values or beliefs but that doesn’t stop me from eating their delicious food and supporting the business. If all Christians would be about their delicious fried chicken, fries and shakes, I’ll be singing hallelujah continuously!

Tried the Cobb salad, the lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage was fresh and crisp. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The staff was very engaging, smiles. I will say that I don’t get the hype, but at 7pm on a Wednesday the restaurant was busy with several gatherings, was not crazy loud, the floors were clean the staff was helpful, it was an enjoyable dining experience. The manager Jason was very nice, seemed very genuine. Will definitely go back.

Fast Drive Through! Friendly, courteous, and efficient management and staff. Food is always great.

Super yummy, great selection, great service I highly recommend eating here. I particularly enjoy the Chargrilled Chicken Wrap with Ranch & a sweet tea. My hubby loves their spicy chicken sandwich. Their ice cream is great too! Watch out it does get very busy at lunch & dinner & on the weekends. They have a great play area for kids that they keep clean. We love it here!

Customer service is incredible at this location! They opened the door for me and my son and we had our food and napkins walked to our table within seconds of ordering!

Chik-​Fil-​A is fast food, It’s like getting stabbed in the back by your best friend while he or she gives you a back massage and tells jokes.
You can’t get a better chicken sandwich anywhere, and the service is always outstanding for a fast food place. Even if you think the food is pricey (which I don’t), it’s worth it just for how good it is. Great food and a very clean play area. They have many kid activities on a regular basis. Plus, you get friendly staff and excellent service.
