Cinemark Spring-Klein And XD

This one is the closest one to my house and pretty new. I will never bother to go anywhere far as this is state of the art theater with good and friendly staff. Best place for me to enjoy a movie.

Poor customer service! I purchased tickets on
to go watch the movie star wars and when I got there the movie theater was too pack and I could not find a seat for me and my 3 kids well I went to the customer service area and they said they first said they could get me a later showing which was fine but then told me they couldn’t because of how I bought my tickets. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t watch the same movie that I purchased the tickets for. This is poor customer service for this theater.

I would give this 5 stars, but took 2 stars away for the following reason: this place is tiny so you are in cramped seating, they don’t have a setup for free refills on drinks like their competitors, but they still charge the same price of other theaters that do offer more bang for the buck.
They do have a nice quality to the place. The screens and sound are good quality. I don’t think I will keep going here though because the theater called Silverado 19 does have free refills and much more space for leg room for the same price. If they charged $ 8 per adult instead of $ 10 I would have a reason to return.

One of the nicest theaters I’ve ever been to. Super clean and friendly staff! I’ve only experienced the xd and it was very satisfying! The only theatre we go to in the area!

I like this theatre. It’s new, clean. close to home and had a good selection of junk food to choose from.
The chairs don’t recline like at some theaters but it’s ok to watch sitting upright.

I had no prior knowledge of this theater’s existence until I went to a movie with a freind. I was impressed, although it is a small cinema.
It was clean through out the building, including the women’s restroom. The leather seats were clean and comfortable too.
The two employees I encountered were happy in their positions. I received quality customer service.
O… I almost for got to mention they serve ice cream. When you order a combo add on you have two choices to select from soda or ice cream. I maybe onto something good here. I’ll definitely be back… }:{

I was so excited to see Jurassic World, I absolutely love the previous movies and the books. Imagine my surprise when they decided to make us feel just like we’re in the movie! The A/​C wasn’t working in our theater (theater #3). They refused to refund our tickets even though we had only seen the first few minutes. So, we sat in a disgusting, humid, and inhumanely hot theater because they would not refund our ticket price. My fiancé had to just leave because he was wearing a shirt that didn’t breathe. We wasted money on his ticket. I’m very susceptible to heat, as I have suffered heat exhaustion on multiple occasions, so I risked my health because I did not want to waste the ticket price and I really wanted to see the movie. I was getting so dizzy but because I’m a broke college kid I had to make myself sit through it. Not to mention, the body heat from everyone and people breathing out hot air made it even worse.
The worst part is they kept this particular theater open! Why wouldn’t they at least warn you before buying the ticket that the A/​C was broken? This was a known problem to the employees because when my fiancé told them about it they shrugged it off and said they already knew it wasn’t working. That is completely unprofessional to not disclose that the A/​C is broken when selling a ticket for this particular theater.
This is the first negative experience I have had at this movie theater, but I am completely avoiding this chain. I’m not even one of those angry types of customers. I’ve worked in retail, I realize the employees can only do so much, but this was ridiculous! That kind of heat is a health hazard! It’s these bad experiences that make people want to pirate movies (not the whole reason or even a justification, but just pointing that out).

I like how close it is to the house, clean bathrooms and overall appearance inside and out. It’s fairly new and not over packed on any days I’ve gone with my family or on date nights. They do military discounts and early bird specials. This has been our home movie theater and am disappointed when a movie we want to see isn’t showing at this theater.

I really enjoy movie date nights with hubby at this location.
XD is a little pricey, but a good choice for a full experience.
I can’t comment on the food, I think concession food is way over priced and not worth the expense.
We usually go to a nice restaurant before or after our movie instead. There are lots of great restaurant on 2920, Kuykendahl, Louetta…
All in all, it’s a great movie theater, well managed and well kept. It’s a nice change of pace from the AMC on off Cypreswood Dr. and more convenient than the theatres in The Woodlands.

I enjoy this theatre. Always clean. Well managed. Very polite staff. Comfortable seating. Good food options as well beyond popcorn and such. I give it two thumbs up.

Pretty good theater. Speakers were very very loud but we got used to it. Good selection of junk food in the lobby :)

First time going to this theater. We went on a Saturday morning (11:15am) and got the early bird ticket pricing. All the people were polite and the place was very clean inside.
I can see though with all the kids running around the concession area that probably by the end of the day it could be a disaster area. I did find it a little weird you had to pay first then they give you a cup and you have to go back to fill it up. They seriously need to re-​work something there to stream-​line things as there is only one girl at the checkout counter.
The theater itself was also very clean and no noticeable odors. Temperature was comfortable. Seats were comfy and even for a big guy like me I didn’t feel squeezed in.

Great theater, HOWEVER, they now make you pay, then give you a cup for your drink, and you have to go BACK and fill your soda. Tough when the place is really busy. They Said people were «stealing» sodas. Whatever. If you are going to make a big change like this then staff the place properly! ONE cashier, and soda dispenser areas FILTHY. Sad — this is a huge step backwards for this location! I never really liked the «buffet/​cafeteria style concession set up here anyway, always a log jam at the soda machines which are too close to the cash registers

Best. Kettle. Corn. Ever. This theater has been here a short time, and part of the reason I come here is for the kettle corn popcorn. Besides that they have really comfortable seats, and I am all about a clean establishment. You will always see someone walking around with a broom and dustpan picking up trash (if any at all) throughout the halls. There is a private room for parties which is cool too. PLENTY of parking spaces.

Very close to home so this is usually the theater of choice when we decide to go to the movies last minute. My boys always get excited with the self serve candy station and icees. On an evening when it’s just the husband and I I like that I’m able to grab a glass of wine (in a plastic cup). Better than the Lowe’s theater on Holzworth however, on a planned evening out to the movies I still prefer Santikos in Tomball.

I absolutely LOVE this movie theater. It’s one of the few places I know that you can see a movie on opening weekend and not have to wait in a horrendously long line or have the theater itself be packed. The seats are very comfortable, they rock back, and the arm rest can be lifted.
The staff is friendly and I like the self serve aspect of the concession area. Parking is ample and you can buy tickets outside from a kiosk or inside. So much less crowded than heading to the Woodlands!

Since moving to the Spring area, we haven’t been to a movie so when we found out there an almost new place up the road… we just had to take a day off and enjoy some US time! This place is by far one of THE best movie venues I’ve ever been. The seats recline all the way through so you feel like you’re literally at home in the confines of your own area. It’s as clean as a movie theater could possibly get, but its less than a year old so we’ll see how well they keep that up through the years. Their screens are humongous and the sound is at a perfect pitch.
We’re definitely making this place our regular movie-​watching establishment and will be back more & more since we’re only six miles away. Great job guys… keep it up!

I don’t go to the movies often but this place is like five minutes away from my house. I was honestly not all that impressed when I visited this place but it it was cause I took it for granted.
A while later I went to a regular movie theater to watch gravity and I left really disappointed and much more appreciative to the experience at this movie theater had to offer. The screen are pretty large, comfortable seating and the sound was pretty good quality as well. I have been to better theaters but I can’t complain about what they offer here. If you live close by then I recommend it!

Great, NEW, movie theater! Opened around September, so all new interior, too. It was windy today, so I was pleasantly surprised that the ticket desk was inside the main lobby area (quite windy to wait in the short line outside). The gentleman that took care of our ticket purchase was great. We were sarcastically joking around because I couldn’t remember the name of our intended movie off the top of my head — funny guy!
The popcorn is ordered at the counter and retrieved by a concession worker. I wanted some Milk Duds and was politely pointed to a delve serve candy bar area. Then we got in the «check out» line. Walk about 10 feet ahead from there and we handed our ticket to be torn, and headed to our theater. We were in a medium sized theater. The seats are leather (good sized, too). They reclined back at a nice angled or my neck.
Once the movie started, the sound was good, and a clear picture. This is a great theater because it is so close, and well maintained :)

This new 12 theater Cinemark opened less than a mile from my house and I just had to check it out! I was able to grab tickets online and head to the theater without too much trouble. A well lit and patrolled parking lot had me feeling more than safe to leave my vehicle in. The staff while new seemed to be trying to provide a positive experience and after a little work were able to verify my pre-​purchase and it was on to the theater. This place is clean, but it just opened so it hasn’t had the opportunity to gather years of popcorn and soda spills. The seats were fairly standard and comfortable. The screens are wall-​to-​wall and floor-​to-​ceiling and many are 3D capable I was told and they’re big and bright! No complications from the movie and I was out without a fuss. All in all a pretty good experience. I’ll definitely be back!
