Very happy with Craig Osburn at Comfort Air Systems. We called at 8pm on a Tue night, explained our issue & he was out the next morning by 9am. Our 70lb giant schnauzer puppy accidentally ran into the downstairs a/​c unit while being chased in the backyard. Turns out it caused the wires to cross popping the circuit in our attic. Craig assured us this type of thing happens a lot. He was also super informative with his explanations & happy to answer questions we had… even though they had nothing to do with the job at hand.

I used to have an old unit that I knew needed replacing. Instead I would bandaid it due to other companies killing me on pricing. Then I found Comfort Air and now have all new units working flawlessly and anytime I have questions they are a phone call away no matter what they have going on they seem to fit me into their schedule and take care of me at the best price around town. I have shopped them and nobody comes close to the service and explanation of what’s going on… would recommend them to anyone I know I fact have done so even for companies I have worked for or done business with… can’t go wrong with Comfort Air!
