Concierge Auto Repair

One word: WOW. I had an amazing experience at concierge. So amazing that i am breaking up with my mechanic in Austin and only trusting these guys with the keys to my car! I had visited a nearby cookie cutter mechanic and was quoted nearly double what these guys charged to fix my brakes! Not only did these guys took care of my car in a timely manner but inspected everything before travelling back to Austin. They have must of worked magic because my car is driving better than ever! They gave me additional fair quotes on minor issues and even fixed a minor cosmetic issue or two without even asking for it. These guys took care of me! Best part is they did not treat me like another clueless woman. Instead, they broke down everything for me and really helped me understand the underlying issues in my car. Best part is, they provided me with a ride home. While it doesn’t seem like a big deal, they did not hesitate to offer me a ride home considering i live more than 10 miles away. I am really blown away with the service and the great work and as mentioned before, will only be trusting these bad boys with my car from now on!

When my car’s air conditioning died I first visited another local car repair shop. They charged me almost $ 100 to tell me that I needed a new compressor, which would cost close to $ 2,000 with labor. I then took my car to Concierge Auto Repair where they gave me a (free) quote of about half that amount.
Once I settled on a service date, they picked the car up from my house, did the repair that day, and returned the car to me the same evening.
Jim and Nathan were extremely polite and professional, and the transaction could not have run more smoothly.
I have found my new repair place.
