This place has everything that you need for a party and close to my house. ALL of the employees are so helpful. Their baloon bouquets are the best I have ever seen and they will put some togheter last minute.

Fantastic customer service! Stayed late after they closed for me to pick up my balloons. I will be a customer for life

I went in for the first time last week to get a special bouquet of balloons for a bday. The clerk who helped me was courteous and she helped me find what I wanted. they have more than you can even imagine, it’s almost overwhelming. I ended up buying 12 latex balloons from the pick a mix they have and having a package of mylars blown up too. the clerk bagged the balloons and within 30 min, I was on my way home. Now, two latex balloons wouldn’t float in store, so the clerk picked out two more, but offered the draggers (which I took to tie to the mailbox). No worries. When I got home, one more latex was already soft and not floating, but I wasn’t driving back for one balloon. By evening a few more of the latex balloons were on the ground and by the next morning, half of the latex balloons were on the ground. I contacted the store through the auto email receipt they sent. I just wanted to let them know that I wasn’t very happy with my first experience, that there may be a quality control issue, and perhaps they should look into it. I got a personal reply back and a promise of free balloons next time for my trouble this time. I thought the offer of the dozen free balloons generous (I complained about 6), but more so, I appreciated the personal customer service. As for the remaining balloons, it’s 6 days later and the mylars are just now getting soft (4 more latex went soft after 5 days) and 2 latex balloons are still floating high.

This is a great place to buy party supplies. I do want to let you know that they absolutely will not exchange, credit or accept returns after 30 days. They stick to that policy so just be aware in case you buy in advance.

This place has EVERYTHING! From kids parties to adult parties even themed parties. If u can think of it they have it. I use this place every time I have an event. They have quality decorations so you can use your decorations again and again. They have more balloons than the old man in Disney’s «Up». If they don’t have it they can order it for you (though they probably have it).
